With a ton of pipes freezing around the city this week my non-emergency needs were being ignored by other companies. Waterworks was very professional from the time the appointment was booked and had someone out the next morning.
Ali was very helpful and provided guidance on options for the two repairs that were in question. The entire valve and shower assembly was replaced and repiped which involved going through our bedroom wall. Unfortunately I had to do this work since it is not part of the plumbing but Ali was able to provide suggestions on what needed to be done.
Waterworks provided an upfront price so there were no surprises. More expensive than I would like? Yes. But there was also more work to be done than I originally guessed before I called them.
Advice for others- if you are doing a shower repair or replacement be aware that you will need a separate contractor to help provide access to the behind the wall plumbing or be able to do it yourself. The plumbers are simply worried about the piping.
