Plumbing Consultation - Clogged Toilet
My interactions with the company have been fairly reasonable, from start to end. The office administration is very efficient and effective, sharing the plumber's picture in advance, and calling both before and after the visit, to ensure that things went well. In addition, Larry (the Plumber) from Waterworks come by on Friday morning, on time. He proved to be very knowledgeable and competent, and understood the problem immediately, and was able to suggest a number of solutions. However, I was somewhat disappointed by the recommendation, as (what I thought would be a simple drain unclogging/snaking job) was being suggested as a toilet replacement. Nonetheless, Larry's advice and expertise was greatly appreciated.
What I did find somewhat startling was the price of the potential service - the snaking was being listed as approximately $250, which seems extremely expensive.
Overall - happy with the service visit and their recommendation, and would recommend to others.
