I reached out to Davide and his team at the Tree Specialists in mid June 2016 Within a few days: 1. Davide was able to review my request: 2. Survey my home and property and the specifics of what I was asking; 3. Provide a very reasonable estimate 4. Provide evidence of appropriate insurance; 5. Provide guidance on what was legally allowed in my municipality, and what the law provided for in terms of discussions with my neighbour (on of the trees was not on my property); and 6. Most importantly, provide suggestions and feedback on the best and safest approach to meeting my objectives as they pertained to the tree. Once we completed our discussions, the Tree Specialists were able to send over a team of four! people to proceed with the job, and they did a fantastic job. They worked well with the neighbour and his concerns, did exactly what I had requested, and left not a single bit of evidence that they were there (apart from the trees being cut/pruned). The communications were excellent, regular, and effective. The job was scheduled and performed in a very short time span. The clean-up was fantastic, and the process was completely painless. I would highly recommend the Tree Specialists as experts in what they do, and would use them again in a moment!

Yitzie was able to respond quickly, rapidly, and effectively to my questions, during the initial conversation. The scheduling and other logistics were were effortless and. painless Perhaps most importantly, the team arrived on time, did not require my presence, did a great job, left no mess, did what they'd promised to do, and left neat bags (containing all the leaf litter from the eavestroughs) at the end of the driveway for recycling pickup. And, making a payment was EASY! :) Great job and thank you! I'll be calling you again next year!

My interactions with the company have been fairly reasonable, from start to end. The office administration is very efficient and effective, sharing the plumber's picture in advance, and calling both before and after the visit, to ensure that things went well. In addition, Larry (the Plumber) from Waterworks come by on Friday morning, on time. He proved to be very knowledgeable and competent, and understood the problem immediately, and was able to suggest a number of solutions. However, I was somewhat disappointed by the recommendation, as (what I thought would be a simple drain unclogging/snaking job) was being suggested as a toilet replacement. Nonetheless, Larry's advice and expertise was greatly appreciated. What I did find somewhat startling was the price of the potential service - the snaking was being listed as approximately $250, which seems extremely expensive. Overall - happy with the service visit and their recommendation, and would recommend to others.

Again, we just recently moved into our new home in Oakville. I'm still learning how to do many things around the home, in terms of home repairs and upgrades. Unfortunately, that meant that when our garage door opener stopped working, I had to call someone. I went through my local Home Depot installation services group, and they recommended Aims Garage Openers & Doors, made the arrangement, scheduled, and did everything to ensure that the service technician would be able to help me. Joe did a great job. He arrived early, was friendly, competent, and polite. He was able to recognize the brand of garage door opener that I'd purchased, and then extremely efficiently, and in workmanlike manner, install the opener. And, it was done in an astonishing 1 hour, which really blew me away. He also took the time to explain the opener, it's features, and made sure to show me that everything was working, before leaving. Definitely pleased.

I was blown away by the service that Atlas Care provided today. Specifically: - my wife and I recently moved into our first home in Oakville - The fireplace was not working, and since it was a gas fireplace, we were not interested in making ANY attempts to do repairs or diagnostics ourselves. After a slight scheduling mix-up, the Service Technician, Nemo, came by, exactly on time (punctuality is ALWAYS appreciated). Nemo was amazing. He was polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. He knew exactly what to do, what to test, and spent some time teaching me about fireplaces, and how to maintain and operate them. He was also extremely diligent about ensuring that he didn't make a mess (put on booties, laid down a cloth to prevent a mess), and more than exceeded any expectations that I had. I can easily make this recommendation: Atlas Care, represented by Nemo, was amazing, did a great job, and made sure that I received more than I asked for. With no surprises. So: THANK YOU!
