With no warning, nasty water starting backing up in the basement toilet and bathtub when we took a shower upstairs. Up until now all our plumbing had been working great.
We called WaterWorks that evening, they booked an appointment for the next morning no problem. The phone service was very professional.
Michael called ahead the next morning, showed up early, diagnosed the problem immediately as blockage in the sewer pipe out to the street, and had it snaked out in no time. Then he put the camera down the pipe just to make sure everything was okay.
All along the way he was friendly, professional, and very informative in explaining exactly what was going on.
I have no trouble recommending WaterWorks for plumbing and drain work.
