Paveloc Interlocking

The rundown of the story goes as follows. They did two jobs on our street and we were satisfied enough to give them a call. A sales representative came and drafted up a contract and everything was set. We paid the deposit and they said for the work to start they wanted half the contract price paid up front. We paid the amount and a couple weeks later they started the job for half a day. They dug up the backyard to try to level it and installed a partial weeping tile as well. The problem started when they left all the dirt and garbage on the street for 2 months with the work incomplete. We tried calling them all the time, however the owner kept telling us week after week saying he would come and clean the mess and complete the work. In the end we had to pay someone else to clean up all the mess on the road in front of our house. We kept calling the owner and after several weeks of dodging us he and all his workers disconnected their numbers including the sales rep as well. We can no longer get a hold of them and they ran away with half the money and an incomplete backyard. Overall, terrible people skills, terrible service and they just took our money and ran. I would not even recommended these people to my enemies.

Job took much longer than what they said. They charged additional amounts which was not said at the beginning. Not good relationship with customer. The worst is that they do not answer your phone calls.
There are better contractors out there. Save your money and time.

Avoid them! You will regret giving them the job. Piles of dirt remained on the street for days. No answer to phone calls. You have to watch them for any square foot. They add to the area later. They promise 6-8 inch depth, they do around 4 inch. Don't get fooled by the sales representative. The one who does the work is totally different. If you or your neighbors have kids you don't want that kind of music loud in your house.
I had trouble getting them finish the job. I wonder how I can use the warranty if needed.

Fair job done, took longer than expected, young guys doing the work they were on there cell's texting and drinking beer more than doing the work.very dusty job , next time will consider stamped concrete.

We had Paveloc level and relay some existing interlock around our pool... They provided a fair estimate compared to others and the project wrapped up only one day behind schedule. I am happy with the work thus far.

Never trust this company, quoted a job, tried to raise the quote later by saying "a mistake has been made". Finally agreed to honour quote, but took deposit and never showed up to do work. Repeated calls remain unanswered, did not have an office, they stopped paying their bills so the office disappeared. Looking to press charges for fraud. Save yourself the hassel and go with someone referred or trusted.

Job to be completed by September 22nd (this was the 120 day mark after signing the contact). Nothing done to date and phone calls not being returned (now October 14th). Understand it's been a wet summer which could've delayed jobs but is it that much of a bother to let a customer know when the job will be completed, especially since the timelines stated in the contract has past due?
