Job to be completed by September 22nd (this was the 120 day mark after signing the contact). Nothing done to date and phone calls not being returned (now October 14th). Understand it's been a wet summer which could've delayed jobs but is it that much of a bother to let a customer know when the job will be completed, especially since the timelines stated in the contract has past due?
