Our old shut off valve broke off and needed to be replaced. After reaching out to 4 different plumbers, Strong Plumbing came out to be the best option. After booking an appointment, Valentin was very responsive and kept me in the loop on when he would arrive. Even when he was late due to traffic conditions, he sent me a short text to let me know. Always good to be in the loop. Upon arrival, Valentin got to work and completed the job efficiently. A pleasure to deal with.

Wanted to replace all windows and doors for the house. We went with Dimitri as he was trustworthy and had the best windows. Entire job took 2 days and everything was done right. Unfortunately, we found a small crack in 1 of the windows after installation. I let Dimitri and Alex know and they took care the rest with the manufacturer. Replacement window was installed 2 days ago. Great to know Galaxy took care of issues once they arose.

Never trust this company, quoted a job, tried to raise the quote later by saying "a mistake has been made". Finally agreed to honour quote, but took deposit and never showed up to do work. Repeated calls remain unanswered, did not have an office, they stopped paying their bills so the office disappeared. Looking to press charges for fraud. Save yourself the hassel and go with someone referred or trusted.
