310RENO Design & Renovation

We decided to hire 310RENO to renovate our basement based on their reputation and the knowledgeable initial consultation with Mike. We obtained several quotes and heard so many different perspectives on the way things were to be done. Since my husband is an engineer it was easy to tell the fake from the pros.
We were both impressed with 310RENO from the onset to the end of the project.
Our renovation looks amazing and the workmanship is perfect. We have never encountered a company like this that genuinely cares for their customer's experience and final products. I would never hesitate to recommend this company for any project they are willing to take on.

We live in a century home in downtown Toronto (built in 1891). Renovation projects to these types of spaces can be rather demanding, but they are more demanding when the homeowners have extraordinarily specific requests. Put simply, we wanted the renovations to have integrity to 19th-century finishes with the efficiencies of modern-day products/materials.

310-RENO did a remarkable job! We were so impressed by their work and by everyone on their team. Our expectations were not only met, they were surpassed.

Denis—the main contractor assigned to our project—personifies ‘quality’. He is intuitively polished in his approach, and ensured every corner of our renovation reflected the absolute highest standard.

Francis and Mike are consummate business professionals! Francis was our first point of contact, and did a fine job answering our multipart questions, which led to our choosing 310-RENO over their competitors. Mike became our point of contact once the work began. I can spend an entire day talking about Mike! His customer service skills are exceptional, he is incredibly communicative, and he is genuinely invested in customer satisfaction.

Mike and his team started on one bathroom and then moved on to the next full bathroom. Both 3 piece bathrooms. 6 weeks to do the first, the whole job was suppost to be 6 weeks, the next took 3 weeks. The workers were good and courteous, but Mike was missing in action. The sub contractors kept calling us at work asking questions, everything that we had gone over with Mike a number of times. Also we had issues with what was expected. Counter tops and flooring issues.
We went on to do another renovation in the house and we did not even consider contacting 310 Reno.
Also if we gave them a "10" on the reviews they would give us $100 gift certificate per bathroom. Pay us with our own money, We did'nt give a "10" thats how disppointed we are.

310 Reno has worked on virtually every area of our home, over a 6 month period and on a wide variety of projects. Our home was in bad need of repair and we had a long unstructured wish list ranging from minor repairs to full gut and redo. Dom and his team worked with us through: two bathroom renovations; side porch, back porch and pergola build; basement drywall rip out and foundation repair; laundry room reno; attic repairs; roof repairs; siding; eves-troughs. As well as all the unexpected obstacles that naturally occur when dealing with an 80+ year old house. All resulting in stunning work that is truly Houzz worthy.

I did a search on homestars looking for the most reputable company and found 310. I contacted them and Francis came within a day or so. He is a very knowledgable guy and spent a lot of time explaining what needed to happen and what we could do with the space. Once I signed on he said work would start in 6 weeks - it started in 4 which was great. The crew lead by Jason was truly outstanding. They were very respectful of our house and accommodated our many changes to plan. With a Renos of this scale, little things can go wrong and I want to say they addressed everything very quickly once identified. I want to thank Francis and team again for a fantastic job!
