Mike and his team started on one bathroom and then moved on to the next full bathroom. Both 3 piece bathrooms. 6 weeks to do the first, the whole job was suppost to be 6 weeks, the next took 3 weeks. The workers were good and courteous, but Mike was missing in action. The sub contractors kept calling us at work asking questions, everything that we had gone over with Mike a number of times. Also we had issues with what was expected. Counter tops and flooring issues. We went on to do another renovation in the house and we did not even consider contacting 310 Reno. Also if we gave them a "10" on the reviews they would give us $100 gift certificate per bathroom. Pay us with our own money, We did'nt give a "10" thats how disppointed we are.

Hello Chris,
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. It is now just over 3 years since the completion of your job, but I guess it is never too late to leave us a review.
I would like to clarify some things for full transparency. Number one; we were under the impression that you were completely happy with the project that was completed 3 years ago (in 2012). It was at this time that we offered you the gift cards to let the world know how pleased you were. It is often very difficult to get remind each happy client to leave reviews so the gift cards were simply incentives to motivate our happy clients to get it done. Both your bathrooms look beautiful, however; the project took longer than expected due to 3rd party custom stone fabrication delays (out of our control). At the time we were under the impression that you understood the reason for the delay.
Mike was not your Onsite Project Manager, though you did meet him during the initial quoting phase, it was Daniel who was assigned as your Onsite Project Manager.
Daniel is an incredibly careful professional who likes to confirm twice or even three times before installing a permanent fixture, hence the reason for the additional communications and confirmations.
We do sincerely apologize now that we've finally learnt about your dissatisfaction with the overall project. Though we do wish we knew about these concerns during the progression of work or even upon completion 3 years ago; we do appreciate the feedback nonetheless.
Sincerely,Charles, Mike and the entire 310RENO Design and Renovation Team.
