The project was slow to start but once the team was settled in place Nigel, Cody, and Mike did a good job. Mike was the PM and Cody and Nigel did most of the construction. The workmanship of these two is beyond professional and they were a pleasure to work with.

There were some challenges like working in another province so sometimes information and wants were hard to communicate but in the end we settled on a design everyone was happy with.

There was one issue with a subcontractor who left an unbelievable mess where our personal effects were being stored during the reno. Mike stepped up and the whole area was cleaned up piece by piece the day after I brought it up to him. He didn't charge anything for a days lost work of his guys. Speaks to the level he is willing to go to make his client happy.

The crew did an absolutely amazing renovation of our basement. Every aspect of their work was highly professional and courteous. Our contractor, Mike, did a fantastic job of working with our ideas to create a successful plan. He was so friendly and knowledgeable that we felt confident that we had made the right choice for our home.

The work began in a timely manner and the workers were there everyday, all day to keep the project moving forward. We were consulted throughout the process to ensure that the work was being completed to our satisfaction. Jason and his crew were extremely polite and informative. Any questions that we had along the way were addressed immediately. We were impressed by how steadily the work progressed.

As a family, we were so excited as the final steps were completed. The end result was spectacular, with each detail impeccably done.
We had always wanted to complete our basement but didn't really think we could do it. 310-RENO made that dream a reality.

The team was very professional, completed the work in a timely manner and were flexible with our request to paint the space ourselves.
Their attention to detail was very appreciated as well as their flexibility in installing the bathroom fixtures that we purchased for the space. They were very efficient in planning and execution of taking down a major load bearing wall.
Another concern of ours (with little ones and dust allergies) was dust coming up to the rest of the house. Mike and the crew were conscious of this and took measures to ensure it was kept to a minimum.

We would first like to thank Mike and team for their hard work and overall professionalism. This was our first major renovation and we had interviewed over 10 contractors in our search, Mike stood out clearly above the rest. From the first consultation to the final touches his knowledge and attention to detail were just what we needed. There was never any pressure and he made sure to give us all of our options without trying to "sell" us. For example out of the 10 contractors we interviewed about knocking out the wall for the basement stairs Mike was the only one that actually advised us that he would need an engineer to inspect to ensure it would be done properly and gave us all of the options. Some of the other answers we received to this request from other contractors ranged from "of course" to "ya ya ya no problem" to "no you cant do that". Our job was quite large and included spray foam installation, duct relocating, as well as gas line/ rough in relocations. I can tell you that this was another area where Mike really showed his high level understanding of not only incredible design but functionality. I would say in hindsight Mike's idea around the duct relocation and custom wet bar design were the best investments we made, and I would fully recommend to anyone doing a basement to add duct relocation to their budget. His pricing for this part of the job was very reasonable and now that the job is finished I really see the benefit. We also really enjoyed being able to control our budget through sourcing our own fixtures, Mike has a very deep network of suppliers and was able to direct us to a very very reasonable supplier in Markham for our bathroom.

Overall the pictures tell the story, having a finished space in the winter for our kids will be really enjoyable. While 310 was not the cheapest option they were certainly not the most expensive, and the end result was exceptional high end finishes that our family can enjoy with confidence for many years to come. If you are in the market for a basement renovation, and want it done on time and on budget call 310 and ask for Mike, trust me I did my homework, no one else comes close.

Overall I am very happy with the experience I had with 310 Reno. Richard was extremely responsive in the early stages, which is the whole reason I chose them. He answered all of my questions, which helped to squash many of the fears I had about remodelling my bathroom. He even checked in on me a couple of times throughout the project to solicit feedback. Once the job started, Court was the daily on site Supervisor. He was very friendly, courteous, and went out of his way to ensure I was 100% happy with the finish product. He worked tirelessly nights and weekends to help the job finish in the shortness amount of time possible. He was responsive to my concerns and listened to me patiently when I was frustrated about normal hiccups that coming along with any demo/remodel project. In the end, my bathroom is beautiful and I couldn't be happier with it.

As soon as i met with Dom in person, I know this is the contractor i was looking for. Through months of working together, i found that he is consistent, proactive, professional, responsive and very reasonable. The work was done very well with details and superior quality. He certainly listen to my questions and work proactive to get addressed. I am very happy with their final product.
So pleased with my choice and would recommend Dom to anyone who want well-done job and peace of mind.

We required a significant second floor renovation to a city home built around 1924. This included gutting the bathroom and rebuilding it with new tiling, plumbing, vanity and a glassed-in shower area. Work also involved redesigning a large, walk in closet, creating another new closet, new hardwood throughout, wall and ceiling repair and new flooring on main floor.

310 Reno came on time to the estimate and came back with a reasonable cost for the whole work. I liked their Home Stars reviews and the estimate so we agreed to the work.

It was expected to take a couple of months and they were on time with completion. Work on the job was also steady. They did not leave us to work on other jobs. We always had someone around. A few extras were added and they were reasonable in price and incorporated them within their work and timeline.

They helped with the design of both closets and with the bathroom and it turned out lovely. The tradesmen were very respectful, skilled and open to suggestions. Their work was solid and they cleaned up each day. During demolition there was considerable debris in our backyard and they had it all cleaned up within a day.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the materials were also of high quality. As an example, they installed thick plywood underlay under the hardwood which also interlocked for strength. This served to strengthen the whole upper floor and there are no squeaks or movement anywhere.

When I had any questions, Mike was always there to provide information and to arrange for materials and the labour.

When you engage a contractor it's a significant relationship and we've been very happy with 310Reno, pricing, advice, quality of the work, cleanliness, and completion time. All promises were kept.

We love living in this beautiful space now, and we have more functionality than before. I strongly recommend 310Reno for renovations.
