For as long as I can remember I have wanted a sound proof media room/ cinema room with a state of the art sound system and lots of comfortable seating room. I had contractors in who said they could do such a product but only one company actually knew what products to use to actually sound proof a room. That company was 310 Reno. We operate a successful printing company in Mississauga but were in need of some work in our office building. The work needed to be finished in a very timely manner as well as dust had to be contained very well to avoid any damage to our valuable printing equipment. 310-RENO came in just as they said they would and when they said they would. The gentleman we worked with were Jack, Dale and Mike and they did a great job communicating and organizing our project. They protected the office exceptionally well by the use of plastic barriers and finished the project on-time without any problems. I had some plumbing and electrical issues pop up in my 1970's home that needed immediate attention. I heard a few 310RENO ads on the radio so I decided to give them a shot. I needed a dedicated team to get my project completed quickly and without any hiccups. I decided to hire Mike and his team upon his initial visit mostly because I didn't hear any sales pitch just down to earth honesty and a care to get my project started and completed without any problems or major surprises.The project went quickly, effortlessly and efficiently. Making the call to 310Reno is probably one of the best decisions I've made in 2012. My renovation goals were to completely remodel our main bathroom by replacing the tile, tub, floors, toilet, faucets, trim, lighting and paint. The most important step for us was hiring a qualified and honest renovation contractor. Getting into problems half way through the project with delays and added stress just was never an option for me. 310Reno started off great and ended great. I wanted to renovate my basement to rent it out in order to make a little extra income. I called a few contractors to come in and quote the work. Out of 4 contractors, only 2 knew the necessary steps to be taken for a legal basement. 310 Reno stood out from the 2 so I hired them. Sean and Graeme were very organized and had the job set up like clockwork. The only snags were waiting on the city to approve the stages of the basement. I found 310-RENO on Homestars and decided to work with them. The tiles in my kitchen and hallway were cracked and the grout had voids in many areas throughout the floor. I needed a specialist who could rectify the problem, and ensure the issue wouldn’t happen again with the new tiles. I did some research on the internet to gain some knowledge and Dan’s conclusion was the same as mine. The issue was with the subfloor. He was able to explain thoroughly what solution would be the best and why. The entire process was organized and handled very well. Dan carefully and caringly prepared us for all the inconveniences that coincide with this type of job. Dan completed the job with a small and dedicated team that was perfect for our sized job.
