We were very cautious during the hiring process when we decided to renovate our en-suite bathroom. We did not have a pleasant experience with our basement finishing project, so our selection process took longer this time around due to extensive background checks on each company. Our first contact with 310Reno was Mike. We had a long phone conversation in which he was able to give us a ball park price for the project. The onsite visit by Dan resulted very close to the initial estimate. Dan took lead on our project and did an excellent job. Each of our requests were promptly addressed and our choices were respected. The entire team was very dedicated and worked hard to achieve the result we expected. We could not be happier. We plan to renovate our kitchen next year and this time we know who our contractor will be.

Thank you for taking the time to investigate and determine that 310-RENO was the right way to go! It was a pleasure working with you. You were a lot more laid back about your renovation than I had expected, given the poor experience with your basement. Thank you for trusting our team, and it is our greatest pleasure to know you are a happy and satisfied client. I look forward to helping you create your dream kitchen next.

I got 310 Reno in to do my master bathroom. I should say redo as I had it renovated 2 years earlier. I got sick and tired of dealing with a long list of deficiencies. 310 Reno gaurantees their work and offers a warranty. I was a little wary after the experience with the previous contractor. As soon as Sean and Graeme started the work I felt at ease. They showed me each step of the waterproofing process of the shower. The end result was a beautiful reno. I have since been married and now have a list of jobs to be done around our house. I know who I will be calling. Thank you Sean and Graeme.

Thanks for your kind words Rob. I am pleased that we were able to keep you "at ease", that's our goal. As you know, you had the classic shower waterproof fail...this is just another example of something we see over and over again. There are far too many state of the art shower waterproof systems for these things to be happening in the 21st century. At least now you know that things were done right the first time around. Have a great new year!

Sean did an excellent job on my bathroom renovation. With no compromise on quality and a fair price, what else could I ask for?
310-RENO completed a full makeover for our ensuite bathroom and closet. This job also included smoothing a stucco ceiling, adding recessed lights, painting, crown-moulding, relocating of the tub, shower and toilet in our ensuite bath and custom cabinetry for our closet. Since they were here I also had them do a few extras including our kitchen backsplash and a couple plumbing repairs in our laundry room. An excellent company all around. Thanks for a great job 310-RENO.

Thank you for the positive feedback. Your bathroom renovation was one of our most challenging due to the design restrictions around the joists and existing duct work. I'm glad we figured out the perfect solution for you and your wife to enjoy.
Thanks,
Sean

We've hired a few contractors in the past and 310Reno is definitely the best experience we've had so far. 310reno tiled our main floor, installed carpet on the 2nd floor, changed all the baseboard in the house as well as completed a superb paint job of both floors. They communicated very well with myself and my wife throughout the project and stuck to their estimated cost. I would recommend this company to my family and friends because they do excellent work and have great customer service skills.

This city is full of contractors who will give you a low ball quote and then by the time they are into your project they begin putting in change orders and raising prices at every chance available. Mike gave me a fair and honest quote and it never changed unless I had requested a couple extras. I've had too many horrible experiences with these so called professional contractors, so it's a breath of fresh air to know that a company like 310Reno is around. They completed my basement on time and on budget.

I would really like to go on and on about how good this company is but I'm sure everyone can see by the number of positive reviews out there for these guys. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

It can sometimes be a challenge to bid against these contractors who low-ball their quotes. I try to warn potential clients that a low-ball quote will likely produce a low-quality job or a job that will be continually growing in price throughout the build. I am happy you spotted the low-ball quotes you received and chose 310-RENO to complete your basement. We try our best to keep clients from paying for unforeseen expenses, and a lot of the time we might appear to focus on the worst case scenarios whilst quoting and explaining the build process. I know this technique doesn't sell as efficiently as the "everything will be okay" and the "don't worry about it" speech, but property owners must be aware of this. It is sometimes due to a lack of experience on the contractors end and sometimes it is just a shady company using poor sales techniques. Andrew, as you know, we prefer to lose a job than to take it on and leave a client unhappy. Thank you for your kind words and the acknowledgement of our stance on integrity. Cheers, Mike.

We hired 310-RENO after hearing about them a few times on talk radio and meeting with them. Though I'm not a big fan of radio endorsements or any type of endorsement for that matter, we decided to invite them over for a quotation. 310-RENO's pricing was right in the middle of the estimates we received. We were actually happy that they showed up for the initial meeting because at least 2 contractors were no-shows.
After all of the nightmare experiences I've seen on television and heard about from friends, I was really happy that my experience was smooth and straightforward. The work completed in our house was handled very well by this company. We worked primarily with Dave, Dale, Mike and Jason and each of these gentleman were professional and courteous. I can't see this company doing a bad job or leaving any client unsatisfied, that's just the way they seem. I would give them two thumbs up.

Bathroom Renovation

I had 2 bathrooms renovated in the Fall of 2012. I spent a long time searching for a skilled contractor I could trust. I worked with Daniel Major from 310 Reno and he was outstanding. His quality of workmanship was exactly what I was looking for. He has tremendous experience and knowledge in home renovations. I wanted the bathrooms to be of the best quality and he certainly delivered that. He was always responsive to my needs and concerns and dealt with me proactively and with great service. I would not hesitate to recommend 310 Reno or Daniel to anyone searching for a professional and quality contractor. The bathrooms are stunning and I am very happy with the outcome. I know Daniel and 310 Reno will stand by their work if any problems arise in the future. I trust him completely.

310RENO was recommended to me by a close friend, so I gave them a call and met with Mike. We began discussions to layout my goals and expectations for the project. From the onset of our communications I felt comfortable working with 310RENO. Their quote came in a bit higher than the other estimates I received but I felt confident in this company more than the others. After we decided to move forward we received a very functional design for the space and worked with it. I like to get my hands dirty a bit and wanted to pitch in a bit to save a couple thousand dollars and 310-RENO had had no problem with this. Mike gave me a few lessons before I started my portion of work (installing insulation, laminate flooring, and painting) and pointed out my errors and helped me to correct them when I was complete. In the end, the project turned out beautiful, exceeded my expectations and I was able to save a decent amount of money. The project took a bit longer than I anticipated but I understand these things happen especially when you're working with a company as meticulous as this one. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and would use 310-RENO again for future projects.

My renovation project was quite extensive and involved the complete overhaul of our 4 bedroom income property. This included a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a living room and basement. We had hired a different contractor at first who began the project by gutting the place after receiving a significant deposit. Once the place was gutted, this guy disappeared and could not be found. We then found 310-RENO. Mike and Sean's crew have a strong commitment to their clients and their customer service skills exceed most organizations that I've come across. They were very detail oriented, organized, communicative, and patient. These guys were always researching the current and best practices for each step, and I can admire that dedication from any professional. They were both very understanding and made me feel very comfortable throughout my paranoia that developed from our previous experience. From a property owner to other owners looking for a honest contractor, I highly recommend this company. You can definitely put your confidence in 310RENO and be worry free. I couldn't be any happier with a contracting firm.

Your project was abandoned by one of those dirty contractors who give all contractors a bad name. If there is one thing I can't stand, it's a dishonest and selfish individual who calls them-self a contractor. Your place was in a horrible condition when we arrived and Sean and myself felt very bad for you. We wanted to ensure that we could rectify your situation the best way possible. So we did do a lot of research to ensure we could fix you up the right way. I am happy you acknowledged our continual practice to keep ourselves updated on the latest and safest practice for each step. I believe each professional can never know too much at any point in their career.
Nina, thank you for such a kind testimonial of our work and we look forward to working with you again.
Thanks, Mike and Sean.
