Kitchen and hallway tiling job
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I found 310-RENO on Homestars and decided to work with them. The tiles in my kitchen and hallway were cracked and the grout had voids in many areas throughout the floor. I needed a specialist who could rectify the problem, and ensure the issue wouldn’t happen again with the new tiles. I did some research on the internet to gain some knowledge and Dan’s conclusion was the same as mine. The issue was with the subfloor. He was able to explain thoroughly what solution would be the best and why. The entire process was organized and handled very well. Dan carefully and caringly prepared us for all the inconveniences that coincide with this type of job. Dan completed the job with a small and dedicated team that was perfect for our sized job. We can never understand why builders keep using insufficient techniques to lay tile. One day I hope Ontario Building Code will up the minimum par required to avoid these nightmare situations.
