These young brothers came into our home and gave us a very good price for their services and did the job on time and on budget. We were thrilled witht he results. We have now hired them again for other renovation projects. They were young, good looking, considerate men with great work ethics.

Master Bath was completely renovated with a custom built vanity, new tiles (floor and wall) and a glassed in shower stall. From begining to end workmanship was excellent. Dave was always punctual, polite and always took extra care in everything he did. Thanks to Dave and Mike for a great job!

We wanted to turn our unfinished and under-utilized basement into a cosy, kid-friendly space where we could all relax. After getting a number of quotes we decided to trust 310 Reno with the job. We were not disappointed. 310 Reno completed the work on time and in budget. Most importantly, they were flexible and worked with us to make the best use of the space and to make adjustments where necessary as the project evolved. All of the team worked hard to make this happen. Overall, we were very impressed with the desire of Mike and the team to ensure that we were happy with the final product.

My reno job involved gutting the upstairs bathroom and removing a wall adjoining it to the master bedroom, sacrificing the bedroom closets to make the bathroom larger and to add a door directly from the master to the bath. It involved tiling, vanity, tub and toilet replacement, and the installation of glass shower enclosures. It also required a roofer, an electrician, a plumber, and the glass installer.

The project did not always go as smoothly as I'd hoped, with a few delays - some avoidable, some unavoidable. The bulk of the work was completed quickly, within the first 3 weeks, with some of the finishes dragging the six-week estimate out to seven weeks. However the finished job was exactly as I'd wished, with many improvements I would not have thought of on my own, and the job was completed on budget, despite some unexpected snags that were encountered along the way.

I plan on using 310-RENO again for future jobs, and would definitely recommend them to family and friends. On my next job and I will endeavor to make sure I understand exactly what is happening, and when, to make sure I can provide input at the right time and to avoid some of the confusion that came up.

I was very pleased with the work that Daniel, my contractor, did on the job. He went to great efforts to ensure I was satisfied, and revisited a few items more than once.

I was exceptionally pleased with the help and professionalism extended by Mike. Although not directly assigned to my project, Mike was available as a resource both in the intial planning stage, and later, to resolve a crucial ceiling fan issue. He also made the time to stop by both before the work was completed, and after, to discuss the project in its entirety.

i hired 310 reno to renovate a second bathroom on the second floor of an old victorian townhouse in toronto. the reno included: 1) removal of an old bathtub and conversion to a stand-up tiled shower with a glass screen, 2) replacement of floor tiles, 3) replacement of wall tiles with drywall, 4) replacement of toilet, and 5) replacement of vanity / sink

Mike at 310 reno was excellent to deal with and they performed very well on the following:1) they were very responsive to provide a detailed quote and spent time walking through exactly their process / timing, 2) they were very transparent regarding their pricing, where the costs were, and what would cause them to increase, 3) they scheduled a very fast start date that worked for our schedule, 4) they guided us to tile / fixture retailers where their name as a contractor would lead to attractive prices (15 - 20% discounts), and 5) when actually doing the work, they were very careful and conscientious - they kept things very tidy and did not damage any parts of the house, even during demolition and scrap removal. also, importantly, 6) the finished bathroom looks very good and we are pleased with the final result. 7) they stuck to the original budget and there were not any cost surprises

We renovated our bathroom with 310-RENO Design and Renovation. When we called in for an onsite visit and Mike came to have a look at the space, it was so terrible looking I was actually embarrassed to show it to him. Mike and I talked at length as to what could be done to make the space beautiful and at the same time more practical. We decided to completely gut the entire space and relocate almost every fixture in the bathroom. Wow, was the job much larger than I anticipated. When the crew came in and started with the demolition, I began to get a little paranoid and couldn't believe my project would be completed within 4 weeks. Well, I am happy to say that 310-RENO completed the job on-time and on-budget. I am very pleased with the results and I love my bathroom. I get excited every time I go in and look at the difference. This company is worth your time and money. They know what they are doing and it is obvious that they are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to renovations. Take my advice and hire this company.

I am very impressed with the work 310RENO did in my two bathrooms. Our master bathroom had an outdated tub and a very small shower stall. Mike and Dan had plenty of great ideas how to make my bathroom more spacious and comfortable. They suggested and installed heated floors which my wife absolutely loves. They opened up the shower stall for a frameless glass enclosure installation which brings a lot of light into the space. I love how the new design makes our bathroom appear larger than before though the space has not been increased. The smaller scale updates that were completed in our powder room receive compliments from several guests. We are completely satisfied with 310RENO’s work ethic and caring interaction with us. They were always on time and finished the work within the time frame originally estimated. Thank you guys!

Mike, Jason and Hugo of 310-RENO were an amazing help to me and my family with regards to the design and build of our newly finished basement. My basement layout was not the easiest to work with given the location of the duct work and my existing home network system. Mike and the design staff put the design together in a perfectly practical and creative manner that my wife and I were thrilled to see executed. We were in a tight timeline and needed the basement before the holidays. Mike would by no means promise me a complete basement prior to Christmas but I was and am still delighted that the basement was finished the weekend prior. The work took approximately 3.5 weeks from start to finish and the end result exceeded my expectations in many ways. Without a doubt, I would use this company again.
