I'm an extremely picky person and want my remodeling projects to look perfect. For my basement renovation project, I wanted the best of everything. I interviewed a lot of companies and ended up hiring 310reno.

We shopped around quite a bit and got quotes from other companies before meeting with Mike from 310RENO. We had a good feeling about him right off the bat. Mike knew his stuff and was very easy to talk to. The other individuals we met just couldn't grasp the concept we were trying to achieve in our basement, he was the only one who didn't tell us our concept was out of reach.
He understood our vision, was able to work within our tight timeline and budget.

A few months later and we are still enjoying our new and exciting living space. Everything about it is perfect. My husband and I are both particular people so attention to detail is key for us. Did we run into some hiccups along the way?...let me think about it...umm..NO! Not a single hiccup. I know this is not common, even for Mike and the 310 team, but that was our experience.
I still can't believe it's the same dark, and musty basement that I dreaded the thought of entering just a few months ago.

We just had our main floor and second floor ugly carpets replaced with beautiful hardwood flooring. John was patient while describing the products and the process. He has a passion for detail and a passion for renovation work and is able to translate the technical jargon into everyday speach.
The 310-RENO crew started and finished my floor on time. Three days later we walked into our home with the beautiful floor. They made sure to clean up when the project was finished.
The new floors make a huge impact on the look and feel of the entire house. They did an awesome job.

It was the first time doing remodeling work in our home in Mississauga, and we were very nervous finding the right contractor that could provide great and honest work. We found 310-RENO online and was excited reading the many great reviews. We met Mike our project manager and he gave us the quote to remodel the kitchen and bathroom. After much deliberation with my husband, we decided to go with 310-RENO.

The crew that came to do the work were nice and very hard working. We always felt comfortable talking to them and asking them how the project was going.
The foreman, Justin was always a phone call or text away.
We've received so many complements from friends and neighbors and we are also very satisfied with how everything turned out.

We custom built a bar in the basement but the company that we hired only specializes in cabinetry. After searching and contacting several companies for quotes, we have decided to use 310-Reno to install the back splash, under cabinet lighting and plumbing. The reason why we chose them was because they were very professional and were willing to accommodate our timelines and needs.

The project was completed within 1 day and we were very happy with the outcome.

Although this was a very small project, the project manager reviewed all details with us and provided recommendations on vendor for the tiles.

We will definitely recommend them to our friends and contact them again for our future projects!

From the first call to Mike at 310 Reno, I knew we were dealing with a real professional. He provided his expert knowledge to help shape our project from Day 1. Along the way, he offered great design ideas and recommended quality tradespeople at a reasonable price. Jason and Hugo did most of the heavy lifting on our project (including framing, electrical and plumbing) and they were fantastic!

With any large project, there will be bumps along the way. However, I was impressed with how Mike helped resolve these issues. He is very customer focused and always looks for a solution.

Once the start date was agreed and the contract signed, the project moved along very smoothly. Our project managers, Mike & Nicholas, and all of the tradespeople were polite, careful and competent. At the end of the workday the site was left tidy and organized. The quote for the project was the most reasonable of several we obtained.

I have never had such a good experience with a renovation company, in fact, not even close. I have hired several contractors over the years, but my experiences with renovation contractors were unimpressive. Let's just say I was never left with that warm and fuzzy feeling before, during or after past projects. The best of the contractors I had experience with were either arrogant and did acceptable quality work or they were friendly and delivered poor quality work. I was never able to find a contracting team who possessed both a positive attitude and quality workmanship until we met 310-RENO. Throughout the project I was never worried that Mike, Jason and Hugo would not be able to deliver what they promised in a professional and friendly manner. Their quality of work was excellent and my wife and I always felt taken care of. This team of guys generally seemed to care about us and our feelings towards the whole experience. I couldn't be happier, this is a great company.
