An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I'm an extremely picky person and want my remodeling projects to look perfect. For my basement renovation project, I wanted the best of everything. I interviewed a lot of companies and ended up hiring 310reno. WHAT A GREAT GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS! I couldn't be more satisfied!!!! They did not act like the 'typical' contractor (at least the ones I've worked with in the past), they were honest, did an amazing job with the tile work, and their guidance and suggestions were fantastic! My basement now looks like it should be on the cover of a magazine, which it might actually will end up being showcased. My friends and family can't believe it's the same basement that was "finished" previously. Tim, my project foreman, and Mike who coordinated my project were great! I'm so happy with their work that I'm having them redo my master bathroom and kitchen this new year. If you're looking for a great team, whether large or small, give 310reno the job. You'll be just as pleased with the results as I am!
