We had a few contractors over to bid on our basement project and decided to work with 310-Reno. John was the most professional, the most knowledgeable and he had the best ideas.

The team came started when planned and gutted the entire basement down to the foundation walls and gave us a beautiful new basement that we absolutely love. With all the contractor horror stories I've heard, it's great to find a company out there that we can trust. They finished on-time AND on budget!

Side Note: Mike from the office was great, he threw in updated insulation at no extra cost and also upgraded our basement kitchen cabinets with soft closing doors and drawers. Everyone I've met from this company are just good people, good old fashioned 'good people'.

We definitely recommend 310-Reno and will be using them for all our future reno projects.

A friend told me about HomeStars and this is how I found 310reno. I contacted the company and had good discussions with Mike prior to meeting and signing with them. Mike and Jason were always on time, answered my questions and e-mails quickly, and had a process that just worked. I requested a tentative schedule and was provided one.
My project involved opening up the kitchen, changing the floors, refinishing the staircase, renovating the entire basement and making the area modern.

I did alot of research before finally deciding on hiring 310 Reno. Their reviews speak for themselves, you simply can't go wrong with these guys. Once we signed the contract, everything started moving on at a very good pace. Jason and Hugo came in on time and worked hard all day, everyday. They cleaned up at the end of the day, were always friendly and made sure the work was done to my high expectation. They did such a good job that there were absolutely no touch up needed at the end of the project, not a single thing! They delivered perfection the first time around!
The basement was finished well before the Christmas deadline and we have receive compliments after compliments on our beautiful new space!

A very professional company. Graham explained all the options, cost for each scenario, estimated time of completion and the minimum 2 year warranty. He also explained why he endorsed using certain techniques with respect to framing, insulating and heating my unfinished basement. 310-RENO's techniques are very solid. I was explained the science behind almost all they do with regards to basement finishing upon our initial meeting and follow-up conversations via email...after all the time Graham took explaining everything to me, not to mention the reasonable price I was quoted, I decided to hire 310-RENO.

Upon our first meeting with Dave from 310reno, I was very impressed with the company. Dave took the time to have a very detailed discussion with us and he is so very nice! I was relaxed during our meeting and it wasn't this way with the other contractors I met. I let Dave know the changes I needed in my basement, he asked us when we wanted to start, and he booked us right in. Everything happened so fast and efficiently that we were in shock.

I was contemplating a renovation of my master bathroom for a few years and was honestly just too scared to trust any company with my bathroom. After browsing the internet for some time, we met Mike and John from 310-Reno. During the visit to my home, John asked us several questions to understand what we disliked about our existing master bathroom. After a nice discussion with John we really felt we could hand the project over to 310-Reno and trusted that we would be in good hands. We decided to do a complete master bathroom and main bathroom renovation. Long story short, both bathrooms now look outstanding.

Every day in the morning they would arrived and worked very hard until the projects were completed. The entire team was always respectful of our property and our needs. The guys were always happy to discus the progress and methods they were using with myself and my husband. We were really pleased with the progress and quality of the work 310-Reno performed so we decided to tackle a few other projects while the guys were at our house. They let us know that it was very difficult to squeeze in the new projects as they were on a tight timeline for starting projects after mine, however; they managed to change the hardwood flooring, change the doors, update the trim and paint our entire house. I am really happy they found the time to squeeze in the other projects, and I am very appreciate of the care they took with everything.

I was recently referred to 310reno by a roofing contractor and I couldn't be more pleased to have this company working for me. I feel comfortable hiring 310reno for all the jobs I have in the future on both my properties.Their contracts are thorough and have proper wording on them. I've seen many competitors paperwork and it's just not as straightforward. The guys are all very easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. This is a good company who knows the business and does a great job.

Kitchen reno consisted of removing bulkheads and installing new cupboards, counter, backsplash and sink, including some electrical work. Except for having to wait for the cupboards to be made (not by 310) everything went quite well and we are happy with the result. Thanks to Mike for his ideas and proffessional manner.
