An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had a few contractors over to bid on our basement project and decided to work with 310-Reno. John was the most professional, the most knowledgeable and he had the best ideas. The team came started when planned and gutted the entire basement down to the foundation walls and gave us a beautiful new basement that we absolutely love. With all the contractor horror stories I've heard, it's great to find a company out there that we can trust. They finished on-time AND on budget! Side Note: Mike from the office was great, he threw in updated insulation at no extra cost and also upgraded our basement kitchen cabinets with soft closing doors and drawers. Everyone I've met from this company are just good people, good old fashioned 'good people'. We definitely recommend 310-Reno and will be using them for all our future reno projects.
