The 310 Reno team did an amazing job renovating my parents new home, of which my husband and I own. The house had not had any work done for a long time, and was in pretty bad shape with worn down carpet. The 310 Reno team replaced the stairwell with hard wood flooring, with a modern design of metal pieces as part of the railing and managed to fit it perfectly with the hardwood flooring on the upper and lower floor. The stairs were sanded down well with an immaculate varnish finish. This gave a modern stylish sleek look to a worn down house.

The 310 Reno team did an amazing job transforming my new home, which was in much need of a renovation. They took pride in their work as they made this renovation project their own.The paintwork, was immaculately and neatly done throughout the house which included the Main floor, Second floor and basement. I had just purchased a house and wanted to do some major renos before moving in.

Mike's crew worked quickly and effectively to get the job done. During the course of the project they discovered an electrical and insulation issue. I was so impressed when Mike decided to only charge us for the insulation work but not the electrical. What contractor does that these days?
The end result is more than what I could have expected and all for a great price.

My wife and I were expecting in April and decided to hire a company to finish our basement to utilize the unused space. We contacted 4 companies and interviewed each one with hopes of finding the right company to complete our job.

310-Reno was the third company that we contacted, and from the very first phone call, it was evident that this organization was top notch! We dealt with Mike from start to finish, and we laid out some pretty tight deadlines and high expectations. We had to have the basement gutted, designed, built, and painted before my wife was due to give birth in April. Although Mike and 310-Reno wasn't the lowest quote, I was comfortable with Mike's approach and confidence that his team could complete the job to our level of satisfaction in the time frame that we allotted.

Mike's crew stared the job in the last week of January! First, Mike came and took detailed measurements of the basement, and conducted a thorough interview with us so that he knew exactly what we wanted. On our list was a bathroom, a bedroom/office, a play area for the kids and a TV/Entertainment area. Mike and his team help design a basement that I couldn't have imagined was possible.

Once the plans were finalized, Mike sent Hugo and Jason to start the work. These two guys were fantastic. They showed up on time every day and worked late. They were always open to questions and changes to the layout as the project evolved. Mike, ho managed the project was also fantastic at communicating with us and his guys. Anytime we had a question, or needed to make changes, he was only a phone call or email away! He always got back to us within 24 hours with detailed explanations.

Our project took a little longer than we had originally anticipated, however no fault of Mike or 310-Reno. We had multiple cracks in our foundation that took some time to get repaired, installation of a new furnace, tank-less hot water heater, air-conditioner and gas fireplace and we also removed some support beams which delayed our progress because of the structural engineers availability. With that being said, within 4 weeks, Jason and Hugo had the basement framed, wired and dry walled, ready for taping.

Over the next two weeks, the whole basement was completed to perfection. New floors were installed, the walls were painted, the bathroom was finished, trim was installed and Hugo and Jason helped me wire in-wall surround sound speakers.

All in all, our basement was completed ahead of the birth of our baby and on budget as promised. Mike and his crew at 310-Reno were fantastic! I am definitely going to use them again with some main floor renovations that we have planned.

I used Dave and his crew to gut and redo my rental basement apartment. 310Reno removed old wood paneling, cabinetry and fixtures, installed a new exterior window, re-drywalled, and redesigned the entire space.

I didn't realize until recently that their name is their phone number. You actually just dial 310RENO (310-7366) on your dial pad without using an area code; now that's quite convenient. Easy number and easy company to work with, that about sums it up.
