Mike and the 310-Reno did a lovely job updating my older home. The work was very tidy and very professional. Mike was quick to address any concerns as they were raised and everything was completed to my satisfaction. Both the bathroom and kitchen were a complete gut and redesign with plumbing and electrical being moved. I loved the final results and would recommend 310-Reno to my friends and family.

My main floor tile and basement laundry area was recently gutted and redone with new tile and cabinetry. The service 310-Reno provided was outstanding. They were fast, friendly, polite, reliable and the service for the price was excellent. I would recommend this company to any home owner, business, friend or family that wants any kind of work done. I don't have one complaint.

Francis and the crew began adding a second storey to my house in August. My house was almost completely gutted with the exception of a first floor bathroom and the basement. The entire job was completed prior to Christmas as promised. He kept within a very tight budget. He gave advice when asked and money was spent wisely . The crew would arrive early in the morning and when they left at the end of the day they would consistently tidy up after themselves, leaving the worksite in an orderly fashion. I could enter the worksite at anytime without worry to my safety. Francis and the 310-Reno crew posses outstanding workmanship. Francis' detail work was amazing. There are no sloppy hidden corners anywhere. He ensured the crew took great care with all the finishing work. He was very approachable, relaxed and cheerful. He always addressed all my questions and concerns. For example, I didn't like how some of the seams on the siding came together. It was redone with no problems or protest. He treated his team with respect a - he made a point of having proper breaks so that they were working to the best of their ability. They weren't having breaks here and there and eating or drinking while working. Francis knows his trade without a doubt. This company takes pride in their work which turned out incredibly beautiful . Francis' experience was an asset in choosing appropriate finishes. I don't hesitate to recommend him and 310-Reno. I will hire 310-Reno for my next project as long as Francis is on board. I enjoyed talking to him. I have a great respect for him as a contractor and craftsman. His work was outstanding.

I hired 310Reno and I am really glad that I did. The first day these young polite gentlemen came with drop sheets and laid them down everywhere, they then proceeded to section off the area with clear plastic with a zipper access; they then carefully and quickly gutted the space and disposed of my dated bathroom fixtures and tile. The next day they were back preparing the walls for plumbing and electrical. The third day the plumber showed up and quickly properly did all the rough plumbing work...day after day the project continued with this type of an organized system until the job was completed to perfection.
My ensuite never had a shower and now it has a lovely frameless glass shower with beautiful porcelain tile, heated floors and a custom vanity with the storage I always needed.
Mike, Dale, Ralph and Jason worked together perfectly to deliver a seamless renovation experience for myself and my family. I couldn't be more pleased with this company.

Mike came to my house to provide a free estimate and spent an hour or more with us and gave us some great ideas on renovating our entire basement. I felt very comfortable with Mike and gave 310Reno the job the following week. The project included demolishing the existing drywall, frame work, electrical, plumbing and flooring and then re-framing, installing new electrical, installing new plumbing, new insulation, new drywall, new flooring and basically new everything in the basement. The crew was exceptionally fast at completing the work. All my guests that have been through the basement complemented the work. We completed a full business renovation with Mike, Jason and the rest of the 310-RENO Design & Renovation crew and we are over-the-top-happy with the outcome.
We had an white kitchen with light colour hardwood floor and open concept area. They did a fabulous lights for the entire floor. They did an amazing design, it looks so modern and beautiful. During this time the entire crew was always polite, respectful and tidy. We have heard several disaster stories with our friends and contractors, not to mention what we watch on television. I used 310 reno for a fairly large master bedroom and master bathroom renovation and couldn't be happier. He took the time to give me a bunch of choices as well as explanations and smart recommendations.There were so many smart suggestions coming from this team, even the smallest details that I would have never thought of.
