Have contacted Marlad for multiple projects over the years and they've never failed our expectations. Always quick to provide a quote and schedule based on our availability. The crew always showed up on time and did a great job. We had some shingles fly off and discovered that there were gaps in the roof from the previous work. Marlad team was quick to come and tarp it as we were heading into winter. When we got our roof replaced, it had started to get a little choppy but they were able to lay down the ice sheets and get the work done as scheduled. We also replaced our roof skylight with them and that experience was a good one too.

We moved from shingles to vinyl siding. A totally different look. The Marlad team was professional, caring and did an amazing job. Work was done in a timely manner and they kept the area clean of any debris after every day.

Marlad replaced the roof on our first home in about 2010. We were so happy with their work, that when the time came, we hired them to replace the roof on our next home (July 2020).

During both of our experiences, Marlad was professional, performed quality work, and kept to the planned schedule. They cleaned up fully.

Recently, we thought our skylight was leaking, and so we reached out to Marlad. Kyle called back the same day, and came over the next day. He correctly diagnosed the problem - it was just condensation from our humidifier. We were grateful he took the time to make sure our roof was ok.

During both jobs, Marlad went over and above our expectations.

Marlad Roofing is the real deal! Great company, fair prices and good work. Had to have the roof totally re-shingled. Due to a delay in finding a separate contractor for a chimney repair, the project was off schedule and Kyle was able to assist in re-scheduling the job with little hassle. Based on initial observations, a quality job was completed. The workers were polite and left the work site clean as if they were never there.

Kyle came to our house and gave us an honest quote. Answered all my questions, did not feel pressured into signing his contract right away. He simply gave us the quote and left it to us to decide. The work was completed in one day and they had to come back to take off the satellite which was completed the same week. Prompt service and helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends/neighbours!

We had our roof redone last year and everything went smoothly. I was afraid of them leaving nails and such in the lawn because of my children and pets, but they were super clean and efficient. I would definitely use them again.
