We purchased a Samsung over the range microwave on March 27th from CAS. I paid to have it installed. The installer said it was DOA, didn't heat and made a horrible grinding sound. CAS washed their hands of it and we had to deal with SAMSUNG. a technician came twice and confirmed it was DOA and should be replaced. CAS still won't replace it. they say it is under warranty from Samsung. Samsung says CAS instructed them to have it fixed. I bought a BRAND NEW microwave and want a new one to replace it. run around, no customer service, CAS says Samsung, Samsung says CAS. the installer and technicians have called CAS and Samsung indicating it needs to be replaced. still waiting after 4 weeks !!! DO NOT buy anything from CAS, they do NOT care about their customers at all.

Luigi provided exceptional service ! We hired Luigi to patch up holes in our drywall made by our dog. He completed his work on time and the results are fantastic, you would never know there were holes. I was so impressed with his work, I asked him to help with a few small projects around the house. he installed a shower door, kitchen window trim, kitchen cabinet kick plates, water stains on our ceiling. He even fixed our basement toilet and installed a door on a pantry cabinet. Needless to say, if you need any projects done in your home, small or large, Luigi is your guy! I have started my "Luigi list" for projects and look forward to when he returns in a month or so. He's on time, friendly, neat and tidy!
