DO NOT stand by what they sell
We purchased a Samsung over the range microwave on March 27th from CAS. I paid to have it installed. The installer said it was DOA, didn't heat and made a horrible grinding sound. CAS washed their hands of it and we had to deal with SAMSUNG. a technician came twice and confirmed it was DOA and should be replaced. CAS still won't replace it. they say it is under warranty from Samsung. Samsung says CAS instructed them to have it fixed. I bought a BRAND NEW microwave and want a new one to replace it. run around, no customer service, CAS says Samsung, Samsung says CAS. the installer and technicians have called CAS and Samsung indicating it needs to be replaced. still waiting after 4 weeks !!! DO NOT buy anything from CAS, they do NOT care about their customers at all.
