Fantastic service and prompt response from Wigo. Very professional, competent and fair. He had the parts to fix the dryer with him - unexpected surprise. He explained how we may be able to prevent this issue from happening in the future.

Dryer repair disaster

Did sloppy job repairing dryer. Did not replace numerous screws on the machine and failed to reattach the lint exhaust hose. By the time i realized the wall behind the machine was covered in lint and plenty had gotten back inside the machine through vent holes in the back. The business owner refused responsibility and refused to clean out the machine even though it is clearly a fire hazard. Avoid at all costs

I told you that I would come look at your dryer, but you refused the service call, because you didn’t want to pay the basic service call fee.
If the vent hose fell off, that is not the fault of the dryer.
If you had of simply asked for our help, instead of yelling at our technician, then hanging up on him, we would have been more than happy to look at your issue.

Don’t make false claims, as we always give a 1 year warranty, but your vent pipes going outside is not part of our service, even thou we would have helped you regardless.

Talk to people properly, and you’ll find most companies will be glad to help you.
