Great service, quick and simple. Fixed our washing machine within a few hours of the call.

Johnny came to our home very quickly and replaced our washer waterfeed and ordered the part and was back to replace within 2 days and was efficient, informative and super friendly. Would highly recommend.

We reached out to Johnny when our front loading washing machine started to make a lot of noise at the end of the cycle. He responded immediately to my email and came out to take a look the next day. Johnny knew right away that there was a problem with the bearing and that the cost of the repair would exceed the purchase of a replacement machine. I appreciated his honesty and his advice for a new machine. Johnny is very friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. Its nice to have a trustworthy person to call when something needs fixing.

JC team came to rescue me when my wall oven stopped working.
It was time for an upgrade so I took the opportunity to install a new one. He came in same day of delivery, installed it and was in and out in less than an hour. It worked perfectly and there was zero damages, no dust and cleaned well after he was done

Turned out that the freezer door wasnt closing probably. So he only charge initial call as there was no parts. He told us to call him back if the problem wasnt solve and that he would come back. If it needed a part after all, our initial call fee would still apply. He was very honest and didnt try to extort money from us for no reason. We liked that. Turns out everything is working as I should and we didnt have to call him back.

Johnny came same day I called and repaired the washer that day. He had to return with parts for the stove. 2nd visit resolved the whole issue and I am back to having working appliances!

Cost was for a minimum show up fee to determine that the fridge would not be worth the cost of repair. the technician was on time and informative. Helpful advice was provided on recommendations for the purchase of a new fridge.
