Euro-Seal Vinyl Windows Replacement Company Toronto

Euro-Seal came to my home to give me a quote on my front windows and I was satisfied because the prices are certainly better compared to the competitors. The service is great and myself being real estate broker, I referred them to my home inspector and he was impressed as well with the price and quality of the product.

With moving into a older home, ALL our windows needed replacing! We had the pleasure of working with Euro-Seal's expert Vince who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional in designing our window/door layouts. He took his time to review the install process and even showed us a demo window's interior. I must say, these windows are top quality for energy efficiency and are very thick in width!
Leon, the installer came with his team & was very prideful in his work. Our windows look spectacular and sparkle from the street! They even stayed late to ensure our property was put back to normal, with no waste left in site. We're ecstatic with the quality of our windows & doors, the great customer service we received from Vince, Leon & team and the overall service we were provided. Two entry doors replaced 4 yrs. ago,(approx. $4500) poor product, poor installation. They did replace side door window right away due to leaking, left the brown paint on the outside covered with silicone, still looks like crap. Now the door handles are falling off and the cold blows through the handle. Front door frame holding the window in is coming apart. Was better off with the 30 yr. old original doors. Big mistake choosing Euro Seal

Fantastic company! We ordered all the windows for our new built house from Euro Seal and we are very happy with the product as well as with the installation. New windows installed July 2014. Price was competitive over 2 other estimates and we have used this company before. Product is fine and installation workmanship is fine too. Installers were later than the 2 hour arrival window the company gave us. We had to call after the two hour window was up. Crew did a very poor clean-up job leaving a lot of debris around the work area and smudges on the new windows as well as partial stickers on the windows after attempting to pull them off. Not at all satisfied with the after work clean-up:(

When Victor realized how small the job was he was not only extremely rude but had his people fabricate reasons for not completing the work, such as concrete walls, when there clearly was a brick all with stucco. Worst company ever!!!

I used this company in the past and had relatively good work done by them. This time I had a small job and needed to replace a basement window. After a rude conversation with their scheduler, we finally agreed upon a time for the window to be installed. When the guys showed up and tried to fit the window in the wall it became clear that the salesman had taken the wrong measurements for the window. The installers were rude and uncommunicative. They decided to shave part of the concrete block wall to make room for the window and in so doing made a giant mess in the basement. Everything was covered in dust - clothing, furniture, baby toys. I called the company in the middle of everything. When I asked to speak to the owner of the company, the receptionist said "good luck". In the end, the window was installed but the side is not level. Now that the company wants full payment, I have received many calls from the receptionist, salesman, scheduler and even owner of the company. The service they provided was awful. I will never use them again.

Installer first demanded that no one be inside the house while the work was being done. Sounds fishy. We didn't of course.
Windows were ripped out and left open for 3 hours before replacements were put back in.
Mess was left at all windows for entire day. Installers tracking dirt throughout house as a result.
Clean-up was superficial at best, no vacuum also there was no clean-up of window and woodwork prior to caulking (picture available) Hopefully caulking does not fail in future.
All window decals and fingerprints were left on windows. Really?
In addition there was poor manors by lead installer.
