Euro-Seal Vinyl Windows Replacement Company Toronto

I was renovating and decided replace builder installed entranced door. I after initial market research I decided to go with fiberglass product. I contacted multiple vendors and got some estimates, but I couldn't find a vendor that offered a good price for the configuration I wanted. Until I met Len from EuroSeal. This guy was in windows and doors business for over 30 years and provided me with unparalleled service. Not only I was provided with my required configuration for a reasonable price, I received a super-fast after installation service when required. In one word, experience with Euro-Seal was great, pre and post installation. Highly recommended.

Would NOT recommend this company!!!! I let it slide when the "owner" the guy that arranges the date for installation was very RUDE and pushy!! The installer left a huge mess. Did not even attempt to sweep or vaccum any of the mess he left in all the rooms. I also spoke to my neighbour and she said she had horrible service with them, and if she would have known she would have told me Not to use this company. My husband is a flooring contractor that rips up old bathrooms, kitchens etc and he said he would never think of leaving that kind of mess. I will rate them 2 out of 10

This is the third time we have used Euro-Seal and once again have been completely satisfied with the service they have provided. We could not be more pleased with our recent installation of the energy efficiency windows. Heartfelt thanks to Len (his design for our family room window is superb) we clearly have the best looking front window on the street. Len visited me on the sales call and extremely professional knowledgeable. Len was willing to spend as much time as I needed to pick out the right window combination. The installers arrived on time, worked hard and fast all day, and cleaned up nicely. I even had some last minute aesthetic changes that they accommodated on the spot. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the windows and the installation. Definitely recommend using Euro-Seal.

Had to get the back door replaced as it was getting really old, getting rotten, and was becoming a safety issue more than anything. Got a call from these folks offering estimates and decided to get one. After doing a bit of research the price was more than reasonable, and the service was done in a timely manner without any issues or concerns. The door has been in use ever since and whenever we need any other work done we know who to call

we had all of builder windows and doors replaced by them 8 years ago. we received a life time warranty. we just recently renovated our home and found both doors were poorly installed, leaked and our floors and joists were rotten. we called to have them remove the doors and reinstall properly. They would not come unless we paid the a large sum to do the work. We were stuck so we paid it (stupid us...). they came in, reinstalled door frames but existing doors did not fit in their new frames that they just installed. they figured this out after ripping everything apart. they jammed it all in again and the next rainfall, we had water leaks all over again. they did not ever answer calls or come back. we ended up having to call another unrelated company to come and fix the problem (at another cost of $5K). Euro Seal do NOT stand behind their warranty and their workmanship is absolutely second rate. save your money and stress - use someone else !

We interviewed 3 window companies, consulted HomeStars, references, etc.

The Euro-Seal Sales Manager seemed attentive and professional. He matched the price of a competitive bid.

The windows themselves look really good and the handles & latches seem better than most competitors. The start of the installation was on time.

The after sales support has been very good.

Euro-Seal was the installer of the windows in our home. The sales staff was very professional and provided a lot of information to us. They met all the deadlines provided. We are very happy with our windows. No more noise from outside, our rooms are warmer and they look great. Would definitely recomment Euro-Seal. A good job done!

We had many companies (8 in total) quote on the windows for our house, some that quoted cheaper and others that quoted higher than Euro-Seal.

Here are the reasons why we decided to go with Euro-Seal, and why I
currently would recommend them to anyone.

1. The product quality was better, if not better then at par with other companies (at much greater prices)that quoted on the job. Make sure you pay attention to all the specs... example UPVC v.s. PVC, thickness of glass, low-e, etc.... and verify the Better Business Bureau rating, ask for references.........

2. The customer service was excellent, I myself do not make split decisions on anything, they were more than happy to visit my house a total of 3 times to answer questions, and then for the final signing of the contract.

3. Very informative, and did not carry the attitude of other companies, by attitude what I am referring to is "Our windows are the best.... blah, blah, blah....." Always answered all questions truthfully, trust me, I researched as much as I could, that is why they were required to visit so many timer prior to signing of contract.

4. Always on schedule, from the pre-arranged time of the at home meetings to the call for scheduled install date, to the actual install date, always on time with no delays.

5. Windows, the install finish, inside and outside, was impeccable. Installers were constantly asking, "is this ok, do you have any questions or concerns?"

6. Last but not least, installers were workhorses, they came at 8:30 am on both days of the install and worked non-stop until 4:00pm, I don't believe they ever even had breaks.

7. They cleaned up everything after the job was complete, even went to the extent of vacuuming, yes, brought there own vacuum and cleaned as much as they could. (mind you there will be some dust after a job this big, it was 15 windows after all)

I would like to mention that only time will tell the true quality of the windows and install, but currently I have no concerns. I am a perfection oriented individual who has no problem speaking his mind. Currently I have nothing but a positive opinion of the quality of the product and the install.

If I notice any issues in the future with the windows, then trust me, I will re post on this site with my issues.....

The salesman were friendly and very knowledgeable. They were very polit and prepared, helpful with they're line of work. The installers were extremely neat and clean, did everything in a professional manner.
