Reliance Yanch Home Comfort Barrie

My experience with Reliance Yanch Heating to replace the heat pump for my Geothermal heating system has been very positive. John Baine, James, James and Eddie were most efficient, friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Mike and Mason did a fantastic job installing my new hot water heater. The installation included running new venting and new exit from my house. They came on time, put down full floor coverings and cleaned up when they were done. I would highly recommend Reliance Yanch.

Incredible service from Reliance!! The service tech was the best. She was knowledgeable and represented the company well.The Service Manager was very open and heard our story. The Genral Manager is highly supportive. We had a very serious issue with installation from a previous company and Reliance is working hard to make this right. Excellent service. Cheryl came to our house and explained everything very clearly and we hired them right away. They came on time, did an excellent job in less time that they had told us. The 2 guys who did the installation were very hard workers. We are more than satisfied with this company.

we had our a/c fail on us this last heatwave in july 2013 here in Collingwood,on.we called reliance yanch heating located in Collingwood.
we were very pleased that a technician was available for us THE SAME DAY!! our problem was diagnosed very quickly and a part was ordered for repairs.. this part was in the next day and our service tech Darrick(yh0080)came to our house after hours(8pm) to install this for us, our service was very professional and timely.
would really like to thank Darrick for making extra efforts to get our a/c going during such hot weather we had...

Our A/C stopped working over the weekend (during the hottest time of the 2013 summer) and I am 7 months pregnant. We were able to get a Yanch technician to our house by 1pm Monday and had our a/c up and running again within 20 minutes. The service was great and of course the response time was incredible!

Service was excellent.
We need to replace our furnace though, and their pricing is significantly higher than another quote.
We are looking at dealing with a Newmarket business.
Having them drive the distance is still cheaper than Yanch.
Score would be 1 is purchasing was a question.
The service tech was excellent and I didn't want the sales reps score to bring his score down.
