When the toilet in our master bedroom broke, we called a few plumbers who were listed on HomeStars. A couple were rude and impatient and the rest were too expensive for our budget. When we finally called Mike from Smart Plumbing, we were relieved to speak to a patient and courteous person. He gave us a reasonable quote for the job and even suggested a good replacement toilet for us to buy.
Mike called to say he was on his way on the day of the appointment. When he arrived at our house, he was very well prepared, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He was also very clean ... he covered his shoes at all times and cleaned up after himself every step of the way. There was more involved in the job than we originally thought but Mike explained everything in detail to us including the additional costs for extra parts.
Overall, we were very happy with Mike's work. We will definitely use Smart Plumbing in the future and highly recommend this company.
