I needed extra stones to complete my backyard patio project. I went to the Ancaster location and spoke to Paul south in the garden centre, he offered to match up the price of the stones I was buying to the price I paid at a different store. He asked another young man by the name of Mark to assist me with the paper work. Both of these individuals were extremely nice, pleasant and efficient and seemed happy to helping me out. I have had other dealings with Paul, he is the NICEST person at that store. I feel he always puts the interest of the customer ahead of everything and goes out of his way to help. I wish there were more employees like him in the retail business. If I could nominate him for the EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR I would.

we were very unsure of what product and colour to purchase to re-do our garage door. The service person was extremely helpful in helping us pick up the right coulurs to match our driveway and huse brick and was very informative about which paint product would wear the longest.

My husband and I love the Home Depot in Ancaster. They always have such friendly customer service and people who can give advice on any type of project you want to undertake. We are currently renovating our kitchen and make frequent trips to the Home Depot. Each and every time we leave the store happy and satisfied with the service, quality and pricing of the materials we purchase.

I highly recommend the installation services for my Chamberlain automatic garage door. The installer was prompt, knowledgeable, speedy and capable. The work was complete in under and hour and very neatly and professionally done. I am extremely satisfied with the work.

I went into Home Depot with a mission, to get 3 8 foot pieces of cedar, 8 to 10 inches wide, and 8 feet long.

They didn't have any in 8 foot lengths. I offered to buy the 16 foot if they'd cut it in half for me. They declined! They told me to get the 6 inch wide boards instead.

This to me is very poor customer service, and I will be hesitant to get my lumber from there again.

I ended up getting thicker Pine. I know it won't last quite as long, but it ended up being half the price. Using 2 inch thick boards vs 1 inch thick Cedar, I think I'll get about 75% of the life of cedar before it rots.

Great job. Very happy with the work. They installed some beautiful cabinets that we picked out. The installers were very professional. From the design to the finised product, it was well done.

I had a little job to complete at home and wasnt sure what supplies i would need or require to complete it. I spoke to one of the employees and they helped me pinpoint exactly what i needed and the proper way to do it.

Customer Service representative introduced us to Rustoleum Transformation. After moving to our new home we were not happy with the kitchen cabinets... We paint our kitchen cabinets yourself and they looked professional done. This product is excellent – step-by-step instruction with quality material. I recommend this product to anyone doing renovations on tight budget.

went into the store, unsure if i was able to complete the project by myself, but was reassured that i would have no problems. and they were absolutely right. My bathroom is beautiful. thanks , Home Depot
