We had a plumber out from another company and he said it was our dishwasher and we needed a repair man, the repairman came and in and said we needed a plumber, Brydon came in and searched everywhere, and managed to figure out the issue was behind our dishwasher and not our dishwasher, then proceeded to repair the problem. He was fantastic! Because of him, all our worries are gone!

After a month of calls to local Georgetown plumbers with no call backs, I phoned Mr. Rooter Caledon. An appointment was scheduled for the morning after my call. The customer service person was apologetic that they could not schedule a visit the same day! Shaun arrived as scheduled. He was a 100% thorough, courteous, and was not annoyed or impatient with so many questions. The estimate was calculated immediately after the explanations and walk about. Booking the return visit for Shaun to bring the plumbing up to code, was efficiently handled by Lindsay.
UPDATE JANUARY 6 2017 - The upgrade to the Uponor fitting system was completed on schedule. With the new route for the tubing I get hot water in the kitchen and bathroom within seconds. Amazing! Thank you Trevor and Shaun.

The work was completely in a timely fashion. The plumber arrived earlier than expected (he called ahead of time to confirm that he was able to come earlier). The area was cleaned up perfectly. He was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend the work.
