The two men (Brian and Ron) were here to re-install a shaky toilet. They were very polite and professional, and the work was very satisfactory.

I called Shaun to come and look at a main drain problem after a prior plumber attempted to clean out the drain without success. I was so pleased when I found out that he would come the same evening even though it meant a late night/long day for him. He was friendly and courteous from the moment he and his assistant Ron walked through the door. They even brought their own doormat and booties to put on over their shoes so as not to soil my floors. Shaun took great care to explain the work that may have been required to rectify the problem and communicated the costs before he did the work. Shaun and Ron were cheerful and efficient, quick to get the problem under control. The best part was the cost, which was much less than the original quote. I was shown the completed job with his drain cam. Shaun and Ron truly cared. I was completely satisfied with their work and they thoroughly cleaned up after the job was complete. I will definitely call Shaun from Mr. Rooter if and when I have a plumbing problem . I will recommend them to anyone who requires a knowledgeable and efficient plumber. An A++ business!

They came on time were quick at the job let us know everything that happened and gave us some helpful product to prevent it from happening again. Cleaned up any mess they made very friendly.

Kristian did an excellent job both times he came to my home. He was courteous, did his job well and answered all of my questions thoroughly and in a manner that I appreciated. He worked quickly and cleaned up after the job was done. I was impressed with his knowledge and his skill. I commend him highly. He did his job excellently.

Two technicians came onsite one was more senior than the other he was making sure that work was being properly and at the same teaching the finer points of the work. I was well treated. They both ansered all my questions. The work they did was done right the first. I would recommend them without hesitation

Brydon, was professional, thorough & had a friendly positive attitude, despite it being a Sunday and he was working overtime. He didn't rush the job, but took his time to explain everything, answer any question I may have had & make sure the job was done right. I wouldn't hesitate to call Mr. Rooter again, if the future. Christian came to my home on Jan 17th on tines, very professional, did an excellent job and also provided me with use info for future purchases and recommendations for ongoing maintenance. I would recommend him and use the service again.

We were very pleased with the end result even though we thought the cost was high but since it took place on the weekend, we were in a great need. We saved some money by digging and filling in the trench ourselves. The end result was of a better quality than what we previously had in place. The Job was done in a professional manner.
