In your comments you mentioned that we did in fact provide the price upfront with the the option to replace your tank.Pricing can vary depending on the size of the tank that needs to be replaced. This option was accepted and agreed to proceed. We do not take any advantage of our clients with surprise pricing. Our prices are upfront and agreed upon before doing any work. This is a standard practice we have been doing for countless years. As I am sure you are aware there is always "someone" who will be cheaper. We are not now or ever claiming to be the cheapest plumber in the city. We do however claim to be one of if not the Top Service Companies.
