Terrific service! Diagnosed problem, ordered part and installed quickly. Walk in shower faucet had not been working properly for six months. Not a well known manufacturer resulted in research required to get right part. Very professional and efficient service experience. Thank you Adam!

Extremely pleased with the quality and the rapidity of the work done. Exceeded our expectations. Plumbers came over to give us an estimate and was able to commence work immediately. This was very hard and messy work - i.e. breaking cement, replacing sewage pipes, etc. Very hard workers that were very cortuous and mindful of the need for the family to have functional toilets in a very short period of time.

We recently disconnected the dishwasher as it's being replaced. We noticed the mess of pipes and shut-off valves under the sink and felt it was time to simplify. Michael Belway from Faucet Fix arrived as scheduled. He was super courteous, reviewed the proposed job and provided an estimate. Within minutes of arrival, he began the job and completed within his estimated time frame. I will use Michael and Faucet Fix again without hesitation.

This is the second time i used the company. In first time they recommended a different touch type faucet than the one i purchased. They went to the store returned the old one and purchased a better faucet
The second time Adam was to replace one of the drains, he discovered the second drain was about to malfunction and replaced both. As well as adjusting one faucet and installing a new one.

Adam arrived on time and was prepared to address my leaky faucet/leak under the sink issue. He immediately diagnosed the problem and explained how he would fix it. I explained that I would also like my faucet changed, he offered an excellent faucet, with a great guarantee. While the faucet is not cheap, I don't envision having to ever change it again. The previous one was inexpensive and didn't last. Overall, Adam was very personable, polite and helpful. He did a great job, and I'd be happy to use Faucet Fix again.

I hired Faucet Fix to replace an old facuet and Mark came and fixed it then two days later the facuet leaked (no fault of their own) and today Adam came and fixed it. They are a wonderful company to deal with. Both Mark and Adam were professionals andvery easy to deal with. Highly recommended and they also sell facets which I didn't know about.

I called Faucet Fix based on Home star reviews for a tub faucet that needed a new cartridge. Curtis assessed the issue, and gave me the option of getting the part myself or having him go. I needed it fixed pronto so he went to the hardware store to get the part needed and replaced it. It's working well now. He made sure to clean up and did a few extra things around the bathroom included in price. I found him responsive and would have him back. We got off to a bit of a rocky start because I found his "commanding" way of talking off-putting. But once I gave him that feedback, he took it to heart, and I heard more pleases and thank you's after that. I appreciated that.
