I called Faucet Fix based on Home star reviews for a tub faucet that needed a new cartridge. Curtis assessed the issue, and gave me the option of getting the part myself or having him go. I needed it fixed pronto so he went to the hardware store to get the part needed and replaced it. It's working well now. He made sure to clean up and did a few extra things around the bathroom included in price. I found him responsive and would have him back. We got off to a bit of a rocky start because I found his "commanding" way of talking off-putting. But once I gave him that feedback, he took it to heart, and I heard more pleases and thank you's after that. I appreciated that.
