This was our first home purchase and I couldn't believe it was this smooth and easy to buy and purchase such a beautiful open concept detached home. Lily the designer was a huge help giving us a modern look that flowed through out the house. As closing came near, Ron and Mary were always on top of things, taking care of us and the little details that were left.
If we could, I'd buy another home with Zancor, but, right now we are enjoying this one too much

It all started with our first experience in the sales office and our experience just continued to get better and better as time went on.

We have been extremely pleased with the Zancor team - they have indicated that they would start building our home and of course they started on time and finished ON TIME.

We are a couple in our 50 and are very picky and meticulous about finishes, in terms of quality and workmanship Zancor has surpassed our expectations. We were always in a WOW mode when doing our inspections from the first one to the last one.

The site supervise Ron and Mary in the office are true professionals. On the ball with contacting us with anything that had to be rectified. They are knowledgeable and most importantly we received exceptional customer service from both of them ALWAYS.

We could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you Zancor team!!

ZANCOR homes has made our home purchasing experience a great one. Their staff, from administration to construction, are extremely knowledgeable and great to deal with. We were very pleased with the final product. We highly recommend Zancor for anyone looking to purchase a new home.

This is my 4th new home bought from plan directly from the builder. This is the first time working with Zancor, and my experience throughout so far has been very positive results. Nothing is perfect, we are all humans, what really counts is the SERVICE and I can attest to this with Zancor, almost all of the PDI work completed prior to move in, just a couple of minor to the hardwood was not completed which I will be addressing on the 30 day Tarion warranty - not a big issue., but a bit disappointed with the hardwood material as it feels like laminate and the wood finishing strips have been installed higher and is a trip hazard (it's been only 2 weeks , and one strip is already broken . Overall workmanship very good. I have had nothing else but great experience working with the following Zancor representatives:

Design: Katherine Barry, she made my experience very easy, she helped me with making decisions choosing colors, patterns, etc. I am very happy with all the choices.

PDI: Gizelle, she is truly a "tropper" she's got eyes for detail. She made sure nothing was missed, or was not perfect.

Construction manager: Ron, he is go getter only ask and Ron is there with it, always on the ball. He has been very attentive to us, we have had nothing but great sevice from Ron. We were missing the manuals for the thermostat, we called Ron, and in less than 5 min. after Ron personally delivered it to our door.

Overall, great experience with Zancor Homes, you are a great team.

Best home purchase of them all so far. Great design and very good workmanship. Customer service for the very few things that needed doing has been excellent. Any concerns have been dealt with quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

Our home is gorgeous. We’ve only moved in just a little over a month. The customer service team, site super supervisor and Zancor team have all been so diligent to address our matters and concerns.

We purchased two town homes in this project. The finishes were really good - Stainless steel appliances, glass shower doors; among some of the special touches to the houses. In one of the houses when taking off the plastic covering of the rangehood, there were scratches; the builder readily had it replaced with a new one.
The after sales service at Zancor has been exceptional.
Every single person we came across was helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. I hope I remember all their names but they were Mary, Ron, Marcy, Gisella, Maria and Antonella.

The Customer Service staff (Maria) have been excellent to deal with, with prompt communication and always professional in clearing up any issues in a timely manner to our satisfaction.
It has been a breath of fresh air to have such a positive customer service experience as it is difficult to find these days.
Everyone we have met in person or dealt with has always been friendly and helpful.
Dawn the Site Super has been great as well to deal with with.

We bought a home and moved to Angus over a year ago. We still have issues with our 30 day and 1 year-end warranty reports. Although these are still pending, we have always felt that we can depend on people at customer service for Zancor to help expedite these matters.

We are very pleased with this company. Closing was on time.
Some small problems were taken care of by the company in a timely manner. Special thanks to the Zancor customer care representative Maria and her manager Nella. We ALWAYS got a timely response and help from them. More than that Maria always followed up with us and asked if the contractor came and fixed our issues and I think that in today's fast paced world this is the most important thing (to feel understood and taken care of).
