GREAT EXPERIENCE: follow up from my previous review, all work has been completed by Zancor home care team. I love my home here in Angus South, not only is the location beautiful, my house was nicely constructed. I was so lucky to have encountered the best from Zancor, head office Gisella and Marcy. Yesterday Roumen completed the last repair job on my house, he was always on time, friendly, he did a great job to my basement window which was leaking due to the trade incorrectly installed. He cleaned up after he was finished. I am really happy with everything, I would not hesitate to buy again from Zancor. Homes.

These shutters are very well made. I have an open concept and did shutters for the kitchen and family room. My window are huge so these shutters looked great. I did the inside mount with the frame, no bar in the middle, you cannot tell the difference between the actual window frame and the one for the shutters as it blended in perfectly, I also chose white. I really love these shutters, highly recommend. Andrew did an amazing job, and most of all there was no mess left behind.

This is my 4th new home bought from plan directly from the builder. This is the first time working with Zancor, and my experience throughout so far has been very positive results. Nothing is perfect, we are all humans, what really counts is the SERVICE and I can attest to this with Zancor, almost all of the PDI work completed prior to move in, just a couple of minor to the hardwood was not completed which I will be addressing on the 30 day Tarion warranty - not a big issue., but a bit disappointed with the hardwood material as it feels like laminate and the wood finishing strips have been installed higher and is a trip hazard (it's been only 2 weeks , and one strip is already broken . Overall workmanship very good. I have had nothing else but great experience working with the following Zancor representatives: Design: Katherine Barry, she made my experience very easy, she helped me with making decisions choosing colors, patterns, etc. I am very happy with all the choices. PDI: Gizelle, she is truly a "tropper" she's got eyes for detail. She made sure nothing was missed, or was not perfect. Construction manager: Ron, he is go getter only ask and Ron is there with it, always on the ball. He has been very attentive to us, we have had nothing but great sevice from Ron. We were missing the manuals for the thermostat, we called Ron, and in less than 5 min. after Ron personally delivered it to our door. Overall, great experience with Zancor Homes, you are a great team.
