I'm not normally one to write negative reviews, but while this company can do good work (they have for me before), I had a pretty bad experience. I have a leaking shower faucet - it should be a simple fix, right? Well, despite my giving advanced instruction about the type of shower I had (Price-Pfister), the technician still came by despite knowing he doesn't have parts for it. $70 gone. Thinking that perhaps the problem can be solved by replacing a seal, gasket, o-ring - something - I agree to have him take it apart and look at it. $180 gone. All in all, it was just a scheme to up-sell me to a $2000 shower model. I initially agreed reluctantly, but then had buyers remorse after talking this out with my wife. She thinks a $250 charge to not fix a leak and upsell is a crooked modus operandi. I agreed and cancelled the job. I'm glad I did - I'm sure if something went wrong post-warranty, they would just conveniently "not have the part" again. I'm done with Clearview.
