Initially impressed with customer service and knowledge of technician but swiftly realized they were a severely overpriced and slippery company. Initial assessment and visit was $400 and quotes for repair options were extremely high. Replacing the tankless system was quoted around double what other companies quoted. We ended up going with the most inexpensive fix and hoping it would hold as the Technician refused to give a straight answer on how extensive the damage was and flip flopped multiple times on what our best option would be. He was clearly just trying to make a sale and take advantage of our lack of experience. Would not recommend, would not use again.
