We purchased mirrored nightstands@ Mobilia Burlington and one of the nightstands came with the mirrors cracked on 2 drawers. What a nightmare Mobilia is to deal with, it's been a week and a half since I picked up my items and I am still waiting to hear back from them if I get to exchange the broken nightstand. I would NEVER buy anything ever again at any Mobilia, I should have read some reviews first before purchasing anything at their store. Save yourself from a serious headache and shop somewhere else, I've already saved 2 friends who wanted to purchase couches at mobilia. It's no wonder that their store is always empty.

I find that this store provides interesting contemporary designs with accessible prices. Sales staff was friendly and helpful. (Thanks Christina!) Delivery and installation were handled with punctuality and professionalism. It's a good option; I recommend it.

I have received my sofa bit later than expected due some delays in shipping. The sofa is of great quality. I am really happy with this purchase, but I wished the delivery could have been faster. The new manager from the Mississauga store, Juergen, has followed up regularly with me on the status of delivery and appreciate it. I truly believe that the service delivery of this company - which makes great furniture- will improve thanks to this dedicated person.

I bough my leather sofa about 1 year and half ago. I spend over 5000 dollars. First ,they did not deliver on time and screwed up my delivery date. Second,They delivered the sofa with defect. The inside thread of one of the cushions was ripped and that caused the leather to rip. I paid 500 bucks to get 5 yrs warranty.but the warranty does not cover that. After 1 month calling to them ,they sent some one for investigation. I wasted my money there as the sales person tried to charge extra for the useless warranty. The worse customer service ever. I was a nice and patient client and spend my money in a wrong place. I should have read their reviews before I spend my money. They ripoff people big time. Booooooh mobilia.

I have to admit I was nervous making a purchase after reading all the negative reviews, but i loved the furniture so decided to take a leap of faith. I have to say, definitely exceeded my expectations from the sales to delivery and leather treatment. My sales consultant was Vern - lovely lady, prompt, took the time to mail me a copy of the invoice for an order placed over the phone along with a handwritten note to say thanks. Furniture arrived on time, in perfect condition & delivery crew was courteous. The 2 phone calls i made to head office with few minor inquiries were answered promptly. Absolutely no issues and would shop there again. Love the pieces!

We purchased approximately $5000.00 in furniture from Mobilia at the Markham store in late spring of 2012. When it came time to deliver the furniture to our new home, only some of the furniture arrived. I wasn't too bothered as these things happen, on the second delivery they brought my missing pieces, dining room chairs, screws for the bench legs and a mis matched accent chair. We sent the chair back and, after several phone calls to Rose at head office and Caesar at the store, we were assured that they were going to fix the problem and that my chair would be delivered soonish, the chair arrived and was again the wrong fabric. The chair was sent back yet again and we were told this time that the fabric we choose was a "special order" there was never any mention of this special order in all the previous conversations and didn't seem to effect my sofa order and arrival. In the mean time, we were given a loaner chair.....NINE MONTHS LATER my chair has finally arrived (just today) and is missing the back cushion, the chair is obviously from a different dye lot so is close in colour but, not perfect.....REALLY?? I am so very annoyed and disappointed, can you not get a furniture order right? After all you were quick to take my money and not provide the service you have been paid for. If I want crap service and quality I can find it anywhere in this country. I bought from Mobilia because I believed I was buying quality product and service, I was wrong.

We completed a custom order at the Markham location in September. We were told it would take 3 moths to have our order created and delivered. Three months later after many unreturned calls and emails we finally get a hold of someone and are told the chairs will be delivered in another month.

The day of delivery I notice that the chairs are the wrong chairs.

We are assigned Rose at thier HeadOffice, whom is responsible for issues at this location. I didn't receive an appology until later that day. The service we received was absoluetly horroble. You'd think after paying upfront and waiting 4 months for chairs would and after all of that to receive the wrong chairs would warrant some empthy.

It's been 3 weeks since we've contacted Rose in regards to their error in ordering the wrong chairs and still we are receiving horrible service. She fails to return calls, provide us any sort of resolution, nor has she even offered us any sort of reimbursement for the what will be 8 months of them having $2K of our money without the correct product provided.

To summarize:
- no customer service skills
- poor organization (in their ordering and manufacturing system)

I would strongly urge everyone looking to purchase furniture to shop somewhere else.

After an exhaustive search of many of the high-end furniture stores in the area for a particular style of sectional sofa, we recently found what we were looking for at Mobilia Mississauga. Unfortunately, though it had to be special ordered with a potential 10 -12 week delivery. We decided to proceed anyway, but realized shortly after ward that our new furniture would be required much sooner and and it would be necessary to cancel the order and find an alternative. Much to our pleasant surprise, the store manager was very understanding and cooperative in refunding our down-payment the next day, which is not always the case with special order purchases. We commend this store for being so responsive to our situation and will not hesitate to shop there in the future.

made purchase 09/20 finally received 1/2 our order 10/27 the rest finally came 11/10. Paid for stain guard after several phone calls furniture still not treated it is now 11/28.
