I bought a couch from Mobilia in 2012 when I bought my new house. Within a year it was sagging and looked very old. I called and they actually replaced it with another couch. I thought this one would be so much better but I was wrong. The little feet have basically crumbled and left screws that have permanently damaged my new hardwood floors. Also a spring just broke in one of the sections and now that part is sagging and the spring hangs through to the ground. The fabric is piling like crazy. I would NEVER buy another product from Mobilia. You can find higher quality for the same prices. Please do yourself a favour and don't shop there....

I have ordered a home office desk from this company. Initially I was told, the item was not in stock and I will receive it late Nov 2014. I didn't receive any calls/nor the item by Dec 2nd. So I called them and I was told the item will be shipped from their warehouse mid-Jan 2015. Today I went back to store to get an update where I was told they don't know where the item is and will be shipped early Feb. It's so frustrating to deal with them, there is no update, no apologize, nothing. I work from home and cannot function without a desk. I am no happy with this company and do not recommend it at all.

worst experiance as I been frustrated with calling & no replay forced to get the desk i orderd with missing parts !! which i didn't agree upon. after you keep calling for many weeks the Manager will finally consider calling you back but be ready for rude conversation ,threaten to hung up on if you try to even speak.
delayed delivery . . didn't recieve my order from mobilia @ Dexi&Dandas mississauga till now.
commbansation offered by sales person denied by the manager .so no respect to any word been said to me.

I purchased a number of furniture from this location. The sale service was quite good. However, the nightmare just began with the delivery services, which Mobilia subcontracted the service. They delivered different pieces at different times but gave you like a 4-hour window so that you had to sit for 4 hours to wait for the delivery truck. What was worse was that the delivery guys who carried the sofa just dropped it on my new hardwood floor and made few dents on it, not to mention about the scratches on the wall. I was compensated later but only after long and troublesome negotiation process with the company. It just does not worth it at all!

Rockland sectional sofa shown so much 'wrinkles' even after 1 1/2 months bought, even though didn't sit there daily. Zucora lotion set $60 from Mobilia didn't help much! Very , very disappointed with the MOBILIA product!!!

I want to take this opportunity to express my appreciation and thanks for Mr. Tat Mang at Mobilia's Markham store. During our process of finding the above noted items, he was very helpful and informative. His knowledge about the design and construction material really helped my wife & I narrow down and ultimately select the furniture pieces. Tat has a down-to-earth approach which resonated well with us. Our two children (ages 20 and 17) were also with us in the store for nearly an hour to help us in our search. It was nice to see Tat interact with them also to keep them from getting bored and also to solicit their thoughts. Where I found him to be in a class of his own as far as being a saleperson is concerned is this. Even after our purchase orders had been placed, he continued to provide excellent post-sales support and communications with us. That is certainly not the experience we had with another big-name higher-end furniture store.

While my wife and I weren't terribly pleased about the one-month delay with the manufacturing and delivery of the loveseat, we acknowledge that things in real life don't always unfold smoothly. That being said, we really appreciated how Tat and a couple of his colleagues followed up with things and tracked down the details regarding the manufacturing and shipping schedules.

I'm noticing the chairs we bought for the dining table have started to "wrinkle". The material used to cover the seats have imprints on them as if they're permanently stretched/distorted. For $200 per seat, I'm not too happy about this. The product is called Jennifer and I would not recommend it.

Well, we purchased a whole bunch of things from Mobilia, enough to furnish our living room, family room, dining room, and bedroom. The salesman Ron was awesome. Definitely a great guy! The billing department however was quite a mess, mainly due to lack of communications. The products, overall is good. Though we had to have multiple deliveries, mainly due to damages to the products when arrived. And then there is also the wood bed frame that squeaks, which is just odd despite the fact that it was actually a Made in Italy bedroom set! After a few tries to have Mobilia fix the problem, it just cannot be fixed...so it is what it is. Overall, I would definitely consider buying from Mobilia again, just have to be very careful on which product I purchase.

After reading all negative reviews, I was hesitant to make a purchase. However, the sectional that I liked was at Mobilia.

Our customer rep Lara was courteous, polite and not pushy. She introduced us to store manager who assured us that at this location they strive to make customers happy and improve customer satisfaction. We purchased sectional that was in the stock with estimated delivery in the end of January 2014. Next day after we confirmed the purchase, warehouse called us to notify us that delivery will be on coming Sunday. We got delivery within a week from purchase. Delivery guys came shortly after 7:30, assembled the pieces and cleaned up. The sectional had no defect. After all, I am really happy with a purchase.

What a horrible experience. Bought 6 dining chairs on back order and given a date for delivery. 4 weeks later the chairs were not even at the warehouse. Repeatedly given the run around by the staff as apparently the only person who can speak with you is the sales person who made the sale. Shocking customer service I doubt they have many repeat customers. Apparently the company does not think there is anywhere else to shop.
