Supreme replaced over 100 exterior windows in our condo complex with a very high quality product. The craftmanship of the product was excellent. The team of well trained professional stallers were very polite and respectful to all unit owners. The project was installed on time and as quoted.

Supreme states on their website that they stand "behind their quality products and craftsmanship." However, what we found was that they supplied us with poor customer service and low quality windows.

After only a year, the black rubber sealant around the window corner has completely come off. When we contacted the service department, they stated, "the windows were most likely this way from the beginning." And that they can only send someone "to clean it up."

"Cleaning it up" doesn't fix the problem. Weather stripping around new windows shouldn't be worn away after only a year. When we requested to speak to a supervisor, we were further ignored.

At the end of the day, the pictures speak for themselves. In fact, we had our bottom floor windows replaced by a different window company and you can see the huge quality difference.

So at the end of the day, I paid thousands of dollars for poor quality windows to a company that doesn't stand behind their product.

We had used Supreme for our first window replacements so it was easy to ask them back for more window replacements. They are very professional, their installation was fast and well done and we really love their windows. Quality stuff!

Supreme Windows had my windows ready well before the date they had given me. They did a great job of removing the old and installing the new ones. Spread tarps and cleaned up very well after the project. There was no damage to the exterior of my house which made me very pleased. IT WAS A GREAT FIT.

Had 4 windows replaced with a different company in 2015, over all experience and finished product was quite disappointing. Dreaded going through that again.
2019 winter caused one of our old windows to split between planes causing mold to grow inside window, not wanting to use the same company again a Co-worker recommended using Supreme Windows as he had some replaced using them recently and was quite impressed.
Contacted Supreme Windows and Les was the one to reply to my email, Les came by and right away made my wife and I feel very comfortable and relaxed chatting about all windows, after having a look at our window problems Les went through our options we told him our budget and he stuck to it also guaranteed us we wouldn’t have to go through the same problems we did the first time around with that other Window Company (EC). Took about 4-5 weeks for our windows to be made and the call came we booked a Saturday, Matt the Crew lead liked working Saturday’s. Matt and his crew showed up and went right to work. Everyone was friendly and did there best to stay out of our way while doing their job. Took most of the day but the installation looks fantastic very impressed with the excellent workmanship. They cleaned up after they were done and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. Look forward replacing the rest of my windows in my house with Supreme Windows in the near future.

Efficient and hard working (on a very cold day). Made the window replacements look simple. The door took longer due to a defect in the provided materials, and the replacement exercise took way longer than it should have done, but it was all resolved eventually, and satisfactorily.

We needed to replace 7 windows and the back door of our 2 level home in SE Calgary. We received a quote from Les at Supreme along with one other. The quote was provided very quickly and was most reasonably priced so we chose Supreme Windows to do the work. Zack, Lucas and Alex did the replacement in 1 1/2 days. Everything was done exactly as discussed with Les, who did the initial visit and provided the estimate. The installment crew did excellent work on the installations and did a thorough job of cleaning up after each window and the door were replaced.
