Sean and Alex did an amazing job. They were on time, professional and friendly. They introduced themselves right away and immediately got down to work. They laid down protective covering throughout the house, worked steadily and quickly. They confirmed our existing window casings were structurally sound and therefore no need for additional support work. The job was very well done and clean-up afterwards could not have been better.

Great work, very quick and did a good job cleaning up the workspace. There is no wind noise from storms now that they are installed.

Karl was our sales guy, who had several excellent suggestions re changing to picture windows, and also measured up everything on his first visit. Ryan's install team did a super job over 3 days with great clean-up every day. Very satisfied.

Our rep was Les, all queries were answered promptly and clearly. Advice on the type of window opening for each window was spot on.
Install crew was great. Turned up when they said they would. Cleaned up each day. A small flaw in one window was sorted in hours.
Very happy with the window quality. Everything opens and closes smoothly.

We contacted Supreme Windows and Doors to provide a quote for window replacement in our 30 year old home.
From quote, to meeting with their representative who explained options and answered all our questions, to installation by their amazing crew, we couldn’t be happier with the final product. Kudos to the whole crew at Supreme.

I am impressed by the quality of windows and work of the installers. All windows were nicely spray foamed, flashed and caulked on outside and casing installed on interior. They also did a nice job cleaning up.

Workmanship was great. Communication with project was a bit lacking — we were told our windows would be done in January and then heard nothing until March.

I am disappointed to have to write a less than positive review. I did have the opportunity to speak to the President of the company regarding my concerns and he assured me that there would be follow-up with the staff and that my feedback would provide good learnings for them to improve in the future.

First of all, I would like to say that we are very happy with quality of the windows and the installation appears to have been done correctly.

Our job was considered a "small" job by Supreme Windows standards as it was only $9200. We had triple pane windows installed in the upper level of our duplex. There were a total of 5 windows replaced.

The issues that we encountered:
- one day notice that they would be here to install
- arrived on April 4 and did not have the correct saw to complete the job due to the abutments around the windows. We signed the contract and paid the deposit on Feb 4 and there were lots of photos ......clearly, required preparation was not completed by someone.
-after contacting Dave late on April 4 when I returned from my business trip, he re-scheduled our install to April 8, ensuring that they would arrive prepared to do the job. Nobody had notified him that the job had not been started when I called. But, my credit card had been run for the total bill less the deposit.
- April 8, installation was done of 3 windows but an error had been made with one of the two master bedroom windows so the install could not be completed and a new window had to be ordered. This was after the salesman argued with the installation crew that the window was fine but finally conceded that it was not.
- April13, Dave had scheduled the appointment for 9 am so we made sure we were ready for the crew to arrive early on this Saturday morning. They called twice to announce there delay.....finally arriving at 10:10 am.

The result of all this is that we were disrupted over 3 different days; my husband missed work on 2 days; we lost 5 hours of our Saturday for the final installation; we had to move furniture in our master bedroom 3 times and we lived without blinds for 10 days. All this for 5 windows!

Fortunately, we had decided to do upstairs this year and downstairs next year as the total quote was approximately $25,000. I don't think I could have handled the stress of a full house install with this company.

No compensation has been made to us for the undue stress and that is fine. I just hope that no other customer has to go through this painful experience.

I bought my house six years ago and it had really old doors and windows. I was referred to supreme windows by my parents who had been working with Karl at Supreme for years now doing all the windows on their house. Since purchasing my house I have replaced 3 doors and 8 windows. I’ve upgraded to triple pane and I would never install anything less. From the initial visit with Karl to the install and even any service calls after the fact the employees at Supreme are great to work with. The quality of the windows is 5 star. I would recommend anyone looking for new windows to consider Supreme. I’ve got 5 windows to go and I can’t wait to get the whole house done!!!!!!!

Supreme windows was recommended to me by two co-workers. I started out dealing with Wes Willet. He was prompt providing a quote for the work. He didn’t rush us to make a purchase or bother us after giving the quote. He encouraged us to slow down and come to the show room and see the product prior to purchase. We replaced 16 sliding windows with the crank style windows and a sliding door with a garden door.

Dave was the next person to contact us to tell us that the windows were ready to go. He quickly scheduled us in. He told me how many guys were showing up, what time they started, how long it will take, and who our point of contact would be.

From there I met Ryan who lead the crew. He and his team were very friendly to my wife and I. Over the 3 days we would come home and any of the crew we encountered were friendly and would always stop to quickly chat. After the crew went home, I would look at the work completed and was very happy with the quality work they did.

Ryan and I would text when needed he was great at quickly responding. I had a few requests throughout the project and Ryan completed them all with no questions asked or no threats of cost increase. On the morning they were installing the garden door I wanted the trim around the door to look a certain way. Sent pictures of what I was thinking and when I came home it was done the way I wanted.

Once completed Les contacted me and asked how I thought it went and if I had any issues. I had one small issue on my siding needing repair and he immediately said no problem send a picture and we will fix it.

Overall great group of guys. I would highly recommend them and would use them again. Great experience start to finish and a great group to work with. Thanks Team Supreme
