All the people I deal with were skilled in their area. The salesman worked hard to meet my needs at a reasonable cost. I felt he was always willing to answer any questions. The installers were knowledgeable and worked well together. They taught me how to be more efficient when painting the doors and politely answered any questions. The office personnel politely helped me organize payment efficiently. The best thing was I could paint the casings before they were installed. Very impressed with my new windows and doors!

The installers did a great job installing the windows at my place. I really appreciate that they never rushed to get the job done.

Excellent project from start to finish. Les came to our home and explained the products and the process. He also gave great ideas on window types, which we used. The installers Ryan and Dave came early every day and did a professional job of installing our new windows. We had 12 windows and two doors installed in three days.

Amazing service from the start to finish! Karl was extremely professional when providing us with a quote and answered all of the questions and concerns we had within minutes via email. The installers Zach, Alex and Lance were also very professional and did an exceptional job installing our windows! They were efficient, thoughtful and completed the project with an immaculate clean up. There was a minor scratch on one of the window jambs and they had it taken care of within a few days. We are really enjoying our new beautiful windows! Thank you Supreme Windows for the best customer service ever, you truly go above and beyond!

The outside door and sidelight looks great and the side window is perfect. My only concern is that I have to finish the installation by painting the raw wood inside the sidelight and door frame, something I was not expecting and will cost me $250 more. I thought that the entire unit was "white clad" from the way it was described on the order form.
Good lesson for making sure you are getting what you think you are!!

We have had Supreme install 14 windows so far over three separate installation dates. Karl was great, very knowledgable around the product, and fast to answer questions. Dimitri, Christel and Ian go above and beyond, and do a remarkable job for some pretty tricky installs. They take pride in their work and it shows. When we had some communication concerns, I really appreciate Gordon's follow-up, to address all our questions. We have more windows to complete and will continue to use Supreme for both their product and installation excellence.

Rick was great during sales. But I can't say enough good about Dimitri and his crew, Christel, Ian and Joe. 7 windows in 7 hours, metal clad outside and all trimmed inside. They were very respectful and answered all my questions. Cleaned up after themselves. Very professional crew with appropriate focus on customer satisfaction.

I'm happy with the product and extremely happy with the install. Any future windows or doors, I'll be using Supreme and requesting Dimitri and his crew.

The work was done as required, efficiently, and quickly.

We had initially chosen Supreme Windows as they had been a highly recommended local Calgary company. We were not let down. Their polite and personable Renovation Consultant Tom came out to meet us promptly and on our schedule. We were pleased to see that Supreme offered us a stylish, modern and high end product line that was also quite competitively priced. On installation day Tom and his incredible team worked quickly and efficiently to come up with quality installation solutions to suit both our preferences and homes unique architectural installations challenges. Their workmanship and product quality are top notch! My family and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product inside and out. Tom and his team even delivered on the maximum energy rebate! We will definitely be using this company again for our remaining window and door replacements.

We were impressed with the installation as the 14 windows were being installed, noticed only one scrape on a bathroom wall, but then the doors were installed on the last day.
We were expecting the doors to be slate coloured exterior and not expecting holes in the doors sides.
Our salesman explained the holes are from how they are secured in transit and apologized for our misunderstanding about the colour as Supreme does not paint the doors.
He advised how we could fix the holes ourselves, sent 2 pages of small print, including best practices, remove the doors, cleaners to use, paint etc.
We would not have purchased doors that were not a finished product and I am upset about, if not deliberately, being allowed to misunderstand the product we were buying.
I have to rate as 5 out of 10 because of the sick feeling I have from "our misunderstanding" instead of the 10 out of 10 I thought during the renovation.
Beware of what you think you are getting, terms used on contract "Detail DB, Adj Strike, CD2BM, Slate, Slate Clad Jamb, Satin Nckl Hinges, Viewer" may look like a Slate exterior is included.
No effort has been made by Supreme Windows to rectify beyond how to fix the holes and colour myself.
