My entire experience with Supreme was positive from the Sales Representative to the Installers. Art, the sales represtentative was very helpful and patient as I struggled with the best window for my kitchen and also changed my mind on the front door.
Dimitri and Chrystel worked amazingly as a team. One would yell "Up!" and the other knew to lift the window or door up. Or one would yell "Out!" and the other knew to move the door or wondow out more. They also cleaned up when they were done and even hung my outdoor thermometer.

The workmanship of our installers Demetri and Crystal was fantastic and done to perfection. They are clearly passionate about their work, as Demetri said that he does the work as if it is for his own home, not just for a living. Even though it was not his job as a sub-contractor, he also went out of his way to address my concerns and explain some things which our salesperson Ed had not explained completely accurately.

My only complaint would be that sometimes it seems a bit difficult to reach them. Ed, for example, did not get back to me on some things after the contract was signed. Also, the installers cleaned up most things but left a few nails, screws, and sharp remnants which I had to pick up afterwards so my dog wouldn't step on them. But this is pretty minor considering that they were very detail-oriented with the windows, which is what matters the most.

So happy we chose Supreme Windows for our ongoing project of replacing our aging windows – a few each year. They've been fantastic and we love the results. Thank you.

Karl Bergen who was a pleasure to visit with, he took time to answer every question we asked & filled us with confidence that our purchase, if we made one, would be a good one.
Next came the instillation which Dave McDonald did all that he could to balance our needs & the weather which by this time was not helping.
The install crew on a cold day, with some snow in the forecast, was a joy to see. Professional, they went about their business in an orderly & quiet way, no "rasta" box blaring, cleaned up behind them & left our new widows gleaming.
Finally the windows were so much more than my expectations I am still trying to convince my wife that it was indeed my idea.

We hired Supreme Windows to replace our front and back doors in 2015. The job was completed and we were completely satisfied with the material and installation. In 2016 we had Supreme do replacement on all 18 windows in our house. Our satisfaction with the material and workmanship once again was awesome. The installers cleaned up after themselves every day and the end result is very impressive. I would definitely recommend Supreme Windows for your door or window projects.

I ordered 21 windows to replace the old rotting wooden windows in my house. All the windows were made perfectly to fit the opening of the existing window without any changes to existing siding or interior trim. Some windows were very large with many panes and they turned out perfect.

I had 4 windows and a new front door installed by Supreme Windows on October 14, 2016. I hadn't expecred the job to start until the beginning of November but they had a cancellation and were able to fit me in earlier. Christel and Dimitri were fantastic. The work they did is top notch and I'm very happy with the results. They answered all of my questions and were very personable and friendly. They completed the job in one day. Les, who estimated tbe job, offered suggestions based on what would work for me and keep me within my budget. I will absolutely recommend Supreme Windows to anyone looking for the services they offer.

Once we decided to replace all the exterior door and windows in our home we went through a detailed quote/evaluation process with 7 Calgary area window & door suppliers. This evaluation included mom & pop shops all the way to big box stores.

During the quote process Karl with Supreme stood out as the most experienced and dedicated sales person. He pulled tape providing final dimensions that included a guarantee of reusability of our current window coverings. All were reusable (but they looked old next to our new windows so we replaced them).

As part of our evaluation we requested quotes on comparable units (double & triple pain, steel doors & fiberglass doors) from each supplier. For the level of quality we were looking for Supreme came out on top. They quoted a quality product at a competitive rate.

We are very pleased with Supremes’ product and installation. Karl’s commitment before, during and after the sale is remarkable. He will provided assistance at radicals hours during all phases of the deal.
