We were so happy to have our new front door installed on Wednesday. It has added great curb appeal to the house, and feels so much more secure and weather tight than our previous 45 year old door.
We were very pleased with your installers, Dimitri and Christel. Not only were they punctual and extremely professional but it was evident that Dimitri took great pride in his craftsmanship and was very meticulous. He also took the time to explain certain steps in the installation process that he felt was important for us to know.
The work site was left spotless, inside and out.
Overall, it was a pleasure to have them work in our home.

We are very pleased with our new windows. The product is well manufactured and of excellent quality. We were particularly impressed with the installers- Dimitri and Christel. They went above and beyond to ensure that the installation was done perfectly. Dimitri even replaced a broken window handle in a different existing window. They ensured the workspace was cleaned up upon completion of the job.

12 windows and a patio door were replaced in our 60-plus year old home in the last two weeks. Excellent quality product and excellent service. Triple pane glass cuts out most of the street noise in our heavily trafficked area. Karl set up what we needed with precision and accuracy. His professionalism and expertise were greatly appreciated. Dave kept the project on time and solved any issues that arose promptly and fairly. The installers worked carefully and efficiently, and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done.

When I built my house Supreme Windows was the window supplier and installer. I have always been extremely happy with my windows and dealings with Supreme Windows. Recently I had to replace my basement screen as it had been chewed up by a mouse. I contacted Supreme Windows and dealt with Heather, is was so easy to deal with her and she was quick to get me the right size for the basement screen as it was a larger screen than the regular size that is put in basement windows. The screen fit perfectly. However I noticed that the tabs that hold the screen in had snapped off. I called Heather and she scheduled a service technician to drop by and take a look. The service technician replaced the tabs on the basement window and also adjusted the metal parts on the screen without being asked to so that the screen would fit better. Both Heather and the Service Technician provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend using Supreme Windows.

I would like to comment that Crystal and Demitree (not sure of spelling of his name) did an excellent job in installing my front and back exit doors. I have been telling people how good of a company Supreme Windows is. I will be recommending Supreme Windows to have the rest of the doors replaced by Supreme Windows.

We had our main floor windows replaced in our 1970s bungalow this week and they look absolutely fantastic. We could not be happier. From the initial consultation with Ed who was so patient and understanding with a 16 month old running around during the quotation process. He didn't try to up sell us. I told him exactly what we were looking for and he provided us with exactly that. He was incredibly easy to deal with on such a huge purchase for us. The installation was a breeze with Ryan and crew. We had absolutely no issue with anything. We chose supreme because it is based in Calgary including the manufacturing as well as the price. Can't beat it. We'll be back for doors in a few years. The installers were on time, well prepared and very efficient. They took care of any mess they created and when finished, one would hardly know they were there except for the sparkling clean windows. In addition, kudos to Dave the sales manager who also provided excellent service.

I have recently had all my exterior doors replaced by Supreme Windows and Doors. I would like to thank everyone involved - sales rep. I'm in Calgary, don't know how Toronto got in there nor how to change it.
Ed at Supreme Windows attended our home and helped us make choices for new windows for our 49 year old bungalow. He made no attempts to "upsell" our choices.
The installers arrived early on the scheduled day and were professional, quick and cleaned up any mess. They laughed at my stupid joke about them putting holes in my house.
We needed a followup to complete a custom finish for our bathroom window. It prevented the need to mess with the tile in the shower.
I never give 10/10. I did for these guys.

I was impressed by the two installers, Demetri and Crystal who were very detail oriented and took the time to make sure the trim around the window was perfect after the install. I was very happy with the service.
