The workmanship of our installers Demetri and Crystal was fantastic and done to perfection. They are clearly passionate about their work, as Demetri said that he does the work as if it is for his own home, not just for a living. Even though it was not his job as a sub-contractor, he also went out of his way to address my concerns and explain some things which our salesperson Ed had not explained completely accurately. My only complaint would be that sometimes it seems a bit difficult to reach them. Ed, for example, did not get back to me on some things after the contract was signed. Also, the installers cleaned up most things but left a few nails, screws, and sharp remnants which I had to pick up afterwards so my dog wouldn't step on them. But this is pretty minor considering that they were very detail-oriented with the windows, which is what matters the most.
