Once we decided to replace all the exterior door and windows in our home we went through a detailed quote/evaluation process with 7 Calgary area window & door suppliers. This evaluation included mom & pop shops all the way to big box stores. During the quote process Karl with Supreme stood out as the most experienced and dedicated sales person. He pulled tape providing final dimensions that included a guarantee of reusability of our current window coverings. All were reusable (but they looked old next to our new windows so we replaced them). As part of our evaluation we requested quotes on comparable units (double & triple pain, steel doors & fiberglass doors) from each supplier. For the level of quality we were looking for Supreme came out on top. They quoted a quality product at a competitive rate. We are very pleased with Supremes’ product and installation. Karl’s commitment before, during and after the sale is remarkable. He will provided assistance at radicals hours during all phases of the deal.
