I called Superior in 2004, after meeting Barry at Markville Mall, to put in a large front window in my large home. It was completed as promised and looked great. So 8 years later, after I had moved to a tiny townhouse, I still had Barry's card and decided to see if they were still around to do another window in my small house. I called and Barry came over as promised. He even remembered me! Even though this house was so small, I always wanted to have a Bay Window. I consulted with Barry, since I wasn't sure if it could be put into such a small place. Barry was able to make some helpful suggestions and the window was ordered . Barry made it so easy I also included 2 new windows for my bedroom. They came to install on the date that they said, in fact, I think they were early. The installation was professional and all debris was removed. The Bay window has been great, easy to clean and looks amazing. I'm sure it has added a lot of value to this tiny house. Thank you Superior Home Improvements for your professional attitude and quality work. I will be calling you when I'm ready for my next project!

When we decided to replace our windows we searched for a company who offered excellent pricing as well as service.
This was a considerable investment and we can only say how impressed we were with Superior Home improvements. From our first meeting when we were shown the product we never felt we were being pressured to buy. once we decided to go with Superior the work was carried out as per schedule and the quality of work was first class. In fact we returned 2 years later to have a new door installed. I would highly recommend Superior and have done so on a number of occasions.

We used Jeff and Art and Mike 13 years ago to do some windows after a break-in. They did a great job and we called them again this year to do a bay window, a cut-out and a bow window replacement. Once again they did a fantastic job! The windows look beautiful and you can see by how they work that these people care about their craft. I would recommend this company to anyone as the quality of their workmanship is tops!

We had a new front door and sidelight installed by Superior Home Improvements a year ago and although we have already submitted a review last year, we would like to comment on how well Superior stands behind their products. We had a slight adjustment problem with our door and phoned Superior to have them come out to look at it. Art came down the same day and made the adjustments promptly. We were very pleased with their quick response to our little problem and would highly recommend Superior Home Improvements to anyone.

Jim Marshall, our electrician friend highly recommended Superior Homes, when we expressed dissatisfaction dealing with another window/door company. Trusting him, and rightfully so, we switched to Superior Homes, replacing about fifty windows on all three floors in three stages, brick-to-brick, doing one floor at a time as suited our budget. Superior Homes workmanship is excellent inside and out. Now, after years of living with wooden windows painted shut, preventing circulation of fresh outside air inside the house, we can open all windows at all levels to draw in the beautiful energy that follows a rain. We enjoy our Superior Homes Windows that we open in the evening. Our electricity bills are down too. With windows closed, the bark of the next-door dog is hushed. We used to be awakened by it a 6 30 every morning. A special thanks to Dan who worked on all three projects over three years. He removed usflying ants and wasps who had made their homes under an outside kitchen entrance door and a wooden kitchen window, both of which he subsequently replaced. The big west window in the kitchen dining area overlooks the back yard, blessing us with wonderful views of nature throughout all for seasons. Our new eastern bay window in the front is a very peaceful area to read or play music in the morning when the sun rises. Superior Homes was able to conserve has done our beautiful Pennsylvania Dutch oak window trimmings and custom-made Levelor blinds. The quality of Superior Homes' product and their service are indeed superior. I couldn't imagine dealing with any other company. Consumers pay more than with cheaper competitors, by investing wisely in Superior Windows, we get far be better workmanship and guaranteed lifetime product quality. I have loads of photos,.

We had been contemplating having the windows in our home replaced for a few years. There were lots of contractors to choose from, but frankly the ones I met gave me zero confidence that they would do the job right. From the very first meeting with Karl, I knew I wanted Superior Home Improvements to do the work. Karl was up front and honest about the company, the work they do and how they do it. The windows were installed at the end of August, and I have never been happier. The crew was on time every day (3 day job), neat, organized and worked extremely hard to stay on schedule. The weather in our area was horrible for those three days. Thunder storms, lightning, hot and humid, but they worked through it all. The workmanship inside and outside the house is beyond my expectations, and I have very high expectations. My husband and I love our new windows. In addition, the care they took in cleaning up when the job was done was exceptional, not a scrap left behind. They even swept out my garage! I believe that I hired the very best in the business. I'm having them back next year to replace my front entry with something spectacular! Can hardly wait.

To whom it may concern....when we first decided on a new front window & then followed by a new front door, we turned to Superior Home Improvements(brochure). We knew which window we wanted(combined dining room & rec room). Then, when we were ready for the door, we received superior assistance from Karl, he was a tremendous help with the design to fill the opening required.
The installers in both projects were exceptional in the installations & clean up. We had a lot of comments from various people, friends, neighbors & people that walked by on how nice the choices were. They asked, we told, & would recommend Superior Home Improvements.

I've used this company before for one window and was very satisfied. Went to them with this larger project - good product, good workmanship - would us them again if the need arises.
