I have used Superior Home Improvements twice in the past year. Their salesman Karl was extremely helpful and was instrumental in helping us choose the right look for our home. Their installation team was amazing and they cleaned up so well you would never of know that they had been here except for the beautiful new windows. I have recommended Superior to friends who have who have also enjoyed exceptional service from Superior. Highly Recommended

We have used Superior Home Improvements for window installation at both our current home and our previous residence. Simply put, dealing with Superior is hands down the best contracting experience I have ever had. Very professional sales staff that will help make the right choice for your home rather than sell you something you don't need. Professional and expert installation staff. They came when they said they would and finished when the said they would. The house and property were always left clean. I have recommended Superior to several friends and intend to hire them again for future work.

I had two windows replaced many years ago with Superior Home Improvements. Barry was my sales rep and was super helpful but more importantly the team that installed the two windows were professional and did a nice job. I returned to Superior Home Improvements a few years later to replace all of the other windows on my home and the front door. Barry was again the sales rep that handled my order. I was so confused about the door selection and refused to pick a door from a picture so I made an appointment with Jeff and visited the showroom. He was super helpful and it made the decision on design so much easier.

The windows and door have been installed for at least 5 or 6 years now (maybe longer) and they still look like new...more importantly, the caulking still looks new and has held up. The installation team explained the type of caulking that they used and I went out and purchased it to use on other jobs around the house. The installation and product that Superior Home Improvements offers is top notch. In my opinion, the two go hand in hand...without a good installation, a good product could be worthless.

I will use them again in my next home.

They have done all my windows in a 50 year old house over the last 10 years. I had recommendations from my neighbours and my neighbour's neighbours and was more than happy with the consultation, follow up and installation. Not only was Carl a kind, helpful salesperson, but the crew did a great job putting in our bay windows and small windows around the house. All on time, and with no problems.
Of course, we hope to replace our patio door soon .

A week ago we realized it is definitely time to replace our 6' foot sliding patio door which we postponed some 5 years ago when Superior Home Improvements replaced all of our other windows and, in unison, we said "we must give Superior a call -- there is no sense in calling any one else for a quote as we know we can rely on their professional service and product". Not only did Superior do a "super job" 5 years ago, they did a "super comparable job" for us some 10 years ago when they supplied and installed all of our windows at our previous address! Our first contact with Superior was as a result of a kiosk display at Pickering Mall where we were introduced to their product and its features. When we contacted Superior for a home consultation, their sales representative responded with a prompt, informative, polite, non-pressure appointment at our convenience. When we placed our first order, the work was professionally completed exactly on schedule. A small glitch in our kitchen awning window was promptly corrected by Art the day after advising Superior of the glitch. Needless to say, when we acquired our next house, which we knew required new windows, there was no debate. We called Superior and Superior delivered once again. We are definitely looking forward to having Superior advise and install our patio door in the very near future.

I had Superior Home Improvements replace all of the windows in my home (15 windows). I had gotten quotes from several companies, including the big names such as Home Depot. I assumed that the big names would come in cheaper due to their high volumes but that was not the case. Superior was very competitively priced, but the deciding factor for me was the feeling I got from their salesperson Karl. He took the time to educate us (brick to brick, different window options, etc) and seemed to want to make sure that we end up being happy with whatever we decided. The big names seemed to try to take advantage of their name and our inexperience to overcharge us. We took our time to decide, yet there was no harassing follow-up calls. I was equally impressed with the crew that installed our windows. Very professional job, done on time - no measurement errors. They were even able to re-install our California shutters which would have been a shame to lose. This was about 5 years ago and we have had no problems. We just hired them to replace the windows in our cottage. Don't let the name fool you - these guys are window experts!!

My husband and I were extremely happy with the level of service and quality products we purchased from Superior Home Improvements. Their showroom allowed us to see our options before we purchased our windows. Their crew showed up on time, were well mannered and completed their work as promised. We would buy from them again and have already recommended them to our friends and family.
