Great Service, we had a raccoon take up residence in our chimney. Unfortunately we were not aware it was there and placed a cap on the chimney. When we realized what was happening I started calling around for a pest control company. On my first attempt I as recommended to Scott/Liddle Rascals by another company. I checked out Liddle Rascals on HomeStars and decided to call - great decision. Scott was able to come out the next day, remove the new cap and coax the raccoon out. He then put stronger mesh over the chimney before replacing the cap. We did hear the raccoon trying to get back in but so far everything is holding up well.

Thank you for the review. Jobs are easy when the animals cooperate. I was lucky the raccoon came out as easy as he did.

Screw up from the beginning - now having billing problems and impossible to contact. Would look to others before using them again. Customer Service is not helpful. Called for initial repair service under plan. Was without hear for 5 days fortunately this was in late October so not too cold. Very accommodating to begin with but now have difficulty contacting the Salesman and the customer service manager involved in my billing questions. They continue to charge for a maintenance plan on my bill that I no longer need since I have a new furnace and an AC unit they put in several years ago with a 15 year warranty.

Took a long time to get the estimate and then the appointment but otherwise a good job by both the Salesman and Storm the lead technician. I still have to reinstate but did know that up front. Would definitely recommend.

have used Frechette for several years and generally found them very good however I also paid for another property to be done at the same time but in Whitby - their service schedule has been atrocious. The fertilizer was completed about a week after ours but 5 weeks after the weed application we are still waiting for the service to happen at the other address. They need to learn how to schedule. They have been called and just informed us that they have 5 weeks to compete the next application – hopefully it will happen this week but I wouldn’t count on it with this company. We will not be renewing with them next year for either property and will be informing our neighbours about the poor service as they too have frechette..

What could this company do to improve their services?
Better scheduling - better communications to the customer.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
get a different company.

I've used this company before for one window and was very satisfied. Went to them with this larger project - good product, good workmanship - would us them again if the need arises.

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
always get a couple of estimates and have a look at some other work they've done.
